If this interest I plan on doing this again. Only change will be I will allow starting with either *, **, or *** team this time.

I do plan to be on AA for the first season with no slider changes, and open to all input on changes for future seasons. Advancing 2 too 3 times a week as my work schedule has has be me working 5 days one week, and 2 the next, and back to 5 the next and so on and so forth. Post if interest, and I'll get available teams listed sometime tomorrow most likely.


As for team changes.....

At the end of the conference
championship games is when this will happen, just as it does in real life.

No restrictions

1* to 2*
Must have a winning record

1* to 3*
Must win at least 10 games, and new team must be under .500


2* to 1*
No restrictions

2* to 2*
Must have a winning record

2* to 3*
Must have a winning record, and new team must have won no more than 7 games

2* to 4*
Must win at least 10 games, and new team must have won no more than 5 games


3* to 1* or 2*
No restrictions

3* to 3*
Must have a winning record

3* to 4*
Must have a won at least 10 games, and new team must have won no more than 7 games

3* to 5*
Must win at least 11 games, and new team must have won no more than 6 games


4* to 1*, 2*, or 3*
No restrictions

4* to 4*
Must have a winning record

4* to 5*
Must have won at least 10 games, and new team must have won no more than 7 games

4* to 6*
Must have won ALL of your games, and new team must have won no more than 7 games

If I have 2 owners both wanting to move to the same team I will make a judgement based on the success of each teams season.

2) Advance the OD via computer

Will make things MUCH easier for all of us, I believe.

No doubt, should be a good year.

I know this year pen when you start the dynasty you can limit it to 1 star teams to select for the first year or 1 and 2 star teams and so on. (if that was in last years game I apologize now)

Unfamiliar with what that is.

when you start the dynasty up you can elect to have everybody start out as defensive or offensive coordinator or a head coach.

you can also choose what rating of team we can start out with.

then, as coaches, we must meet the contract goals given to us at the school we choose.

then, depending on how well and quickly you meet or fail these goals results in job openings or getting fired from your school.

basically it's the star system you have set up in the first post but EA does it for you.

the one draw back, i like it for its realism but some might not, is the fact that as a coordinator you are only in control of that side of the ball. so if i chose to be a defensive coordinator at FIU, then i have no control, picking plays or actual gameplay, over the offense or special teams.

in my dynasty with my son and brother i had us start out as coordinators at 1* schools and i lost the first game cause the offense didn't score. i was mad at first but then accepted the fact. it's a fun option that requires some patience but not for everyone. that is all...if you read this far.

I like that as I rarely play defense anyways. I sim most defensive possesions so me as an OC is great

He's sent the invites. I chose my team I ended up with in the OD from last year, Cal. I picked head coach, but you have the option of choosing.
