just keep on keeping on, i've made it clear i'm being leniant this season... alot of the wind was let out of the sails with the psn disaster. we're going to finish this up and get 16 active/worthy teams into the playoffs and finish this strong.

just keep doing the best you can and if i think its better to move on i will, no hard feelings, i know you were trying.

The following guys are on the Hot Seat and need to show some sort of activity in the next week. We have plenty of active owners out there and a few guys have asked to take on a 2nd team. I've tried to be more laid back this season but we need to finish this season strong and get to the playoffs so its time to turn it up a little.

I'd like to see everyone on this list (and people who aren't but are below) to at least 15 games by Friday

Detroit (Spoke to and aware of situation) -- 10 games
Atlanta (haven't spoken to, hasn't replied to any messages i've sent him) -- 9 games
Miami (took over late, needs to catch up) -- 7 games

I should be able to get a pair in on Thursday, and some more in this weekend. Like I said, just let me know if you need me to step aside. I appreciate you working with me.
