I am planning on running an online dynasty using created teams for NCAA 12. I'd like to get the full 12 players in it if possible. Here's what I'm looking at as far as guidelines:

- All teams must use the "Average Joes" roster template for NCAA 12
- No editing of player attributes whatsoever, this includes height, weight, class, and of course ratings.
- You can edit names, appearances, equipment, numbers
- When creating your school and assigning letter grades to different attributes, you should use only one of each grade, then also assign a second D, D+ and C to the categories. - Update 7/11/11
- As far as gameplay and sportsmanship, when playing another user controlled team you are expected to adhere to NDL principles. When playing a CPU controlled team, do as you please. If you feel the need to hammer the computer 200-0, so be it. - Update 7/22/11 to reflect a sportsmanship issue
- All-American skill level
- 6 minute quarters
- Advance every three days. I plan on being pretty firm on this. If someone's game isn't played at the end of those three days they'll just have to accept the sim.
- We will have 5 sixteen team superconferences with each one being split into two divisions with conference championship games at the end of the regular season. The location of the championship games will be placed at neutral sites. - Update 7/11/11
- You cannot switch jobs at the end of a season

There may be more things to hash out later but we'll get to those when the time comes.

I'm kind of leaning towards using either UNM-Gallup, Capital College, IUPUI, Northern California, Gulf Coast, or San Diego Tech for my team.

Peay, are you aiming for us to use real, small school programs? I don't care either way, I just want to be sure I'm going down the right path.

No not at all, but I will say that I think it kind of ruins an NCAA dynasty to have a team like the Superhero All-Stars or something like that. I'm probably going to be using a made up college. But I'm not going to be a dick and pick and choose what team a person can use.

Just bumping this. I'd like to get at least 6 teams in. With only that many I may just go with advances every other day.

Peay, I am very interested, but I have to ask and sorry if this is something I should know, but what is the "Average Joe's" template?

Cause I do want to create my own team then using this and change their names...I have my own created team, but havent used that template. I believe that is what the template is for, when creating your team?
But I already have the player's names and such.

When you go to edit the roster there will be a drop down menu in the upper right hand corner that gives you the rosters for all the team in the game and then several generic ones. Average Joes is one of the generic ones. You select that and then you can go through and edit names and appearances. Just don't mess with height, weight, class or ratings.
