Im PITT not West Virginia. They are jealous cousins. Geez.

BTW, I heard Pitt is getting a bright and up and coming OC. Haywood is bringing the 74yr old from Miami-Ohio with 'em to Pittsburgh. This past year they averaged 20 points a game.

Cause I laugh when Houston won the CUSA championship in 2006, and again when they won the West in '09. The conference is a joke. You ask anyone in Houston that's not a diehard and I bet they couldn't tell you what conference we play in. Thankfully it looks like we'll be joining the Big East soon. Houston and Pitt, and Houston vs. Holgorson will be fun to watch. CUSA, Mac is all a joke.

Your bringing in an OC, from a MAC school that scores 20 a game. That would relate to about 10-14 in the Big East, maybe. Even fans on numerous message boards I go to were questioning that decision today.

BTW, just so we clear things up as to why we didn't win anything... Going in not only lost Case Keenum, the potential Heisman candidate but his backup as well in Cotton Turner. And take a look at this laundry list...

-our most talented O-lineman was kicked off the team
-our top RB was declared ineligible for this season
-our DE tore his ACL
-our top returning backup wide receiver was kicked off the team
-the coordinator everyone has heard about in sensation Dana Holgorson skipped town to OSU

While many had us a potential BCS buster, we (realistic) fans knew our defense would be young and inexperienced, and REALLY OVERMATCHED and our offense just couldn't carry the load with a true freshman thrown into the mix. Yet he threw for 25 TD to only 14 INT and had 2500 yards passing. If Case doesn't get his injury waiver to come back for a sixth year (a definite possibility now I'm hearing) you'll be hearing about the name DAVID PILAND and Houston very, very soon.
