NDL Fantasy College Football League - Season Two

16 coaches - 13 weeks season, plus a bonus bowl week.

The coach with the best overall record wins 60% of the pot. Second place gets 20%, while the bonus bowl season winner and the 3rd place finish each get 10%.

Tiebreaker for overall record will be total points scored through the season.

The draft will begin (tenatively) on July 1, with the end date set for August 15. Draft will be 20 rounds total, in snake order.

Starting positions will be same as last year
QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, Defense/Special Teams

*Everyone will pick two freshman as redshirts, they will NOT be allowed to play this season, and will be part of your team next season.

*Everyone will pick two players as keepers, that will remain on your roster for as long as they play collegiate football.

Trades will be allowed this season, with the commishioner's approval. All trades must be submitted by Monday night.

A total of 10 pickups will be allowed during the season, but no more then two in a single week. All pickup requests must be submitted by 12 pm noon on the day prior to the first game of the week.

All lineups are due by a minute before kickoff of the week's first games, NO EXCEPTIONS.

cnn/si.com will be the source of the stats, on the day after the games.

More rules may be added before the start of the season.

OFFENSIVE POINTS:
1 point every 20 passing yards
4 points every TD thrown
-2 points every pick
1 point every 10 rushing yards
6 points every rushing TD
1 point every 10 receiving yards
6 points every receiving TD
1 point every PAT by kicker
3 points every made FG by kicker
2 points every 2-pt conversion (run, pass, catch)
-2 points every fumble
3 points for every FG
1 point for every extra point
"*We will use the .(point system) (e.g. P.J. Hill has 341 yards rushing - that would equal 34.1 points for the yardage.
This will avoid any ties."

DEFENSIVE/SPECIAL TEAMS POINTS:
10 points for 0-7 total points allowed
7 points for 8-14 points allowed
3 points for 15-20 points allowed
0 points for 21-28 points allowed
-3 points for 29-35 points allowed
-7 points for 36-41 points allowed
-10 points for 42+ points allowed
2 points every pick
2 points every fumble recovery
2 points every sack
4 points every saftey
10 points for TD's

This is this year's coaches. You must have your payment of $40 to me by July 1st, when the draft is set to start, or you lose your spot to the first coach on the waiting list. When is the deadline for submitting a player request?

I looked it over, but I don't see where/if we get credit for Kick/Punt Return yardage unless we have that team and not the individual player. Do we get credit for those yards/td's?

You do not get credit for return yardage

If a punt or kickoff is returned for a score, you get points if you own that team's Defense/Special teams.

That isn't right. Maclin scored, we both should get the points. But, if that's the way it is, then I can't do anything, but I'm on record saying that I don't agree with that at all!

ahh, but its clearly in the points on the rules section, at no point do we say you get points for return yards, or return TDs by a single player, you just hoped the rules would work out in your favor

I've been in all kinds of NFL fantasy leagues, most of which DID not give points for return yards or return TDs to the player, just to the defense. In fact, the fantasy league i'm in in vegas, we just drafted on Friday night, they all voted to just give points to the defense for a return TD, and not to the player. Now, if this is something you want to bring up for discussion for next season, that's perfectly fine, but we had this standard set since last year, that your player would not get points for a return TD, just the defense/special teams

I said that it was fine and I couldn't do much about it, but I'm against it. Yes, I would be against it even if Maclin wouldn't have have scored, this just brought my attention to this rule (which was my fault for not seeing it before).

well, at least he didn't factor into your loss this week ... i know its not over, but Seeit's RB had an incredible week, rushed for like 380 yards and 3 scores, something like that, you'ld need your kicker to get 20 fgs or something just to catch up

your TE and murphy not playing for K-state didn't help either

I am getting the scores done and updated them on the website (the lineup page) as I go, remember there are some games tomorrow, so we won't have full results until Tuesday anyway.

Why did you think we were drafting a special teams squad if we were gonna allow individual players to count return yardage and TDs?

I'm not saying yardage, but I've been in a lot of leagues were td's count for both players and D/ST.

Impossible to do automatic scoring without paying for a website that would have taken $20 from each team, that's a waste, so just be patient and your scores will be up
