We will again be using created teams. Here are the parameters, largely the same as last season.

Editing Rosters
The ONLY things you can edit on those rosters are the players names and appearance. Be careful with the appearance, I don't want any 7'1" players. YOU CAN NOT edit any ratings what-so-ever. Do not mess with the classes of the players. We will all be starting out as average joe's to make it even. This will really stress skill and recruiting.

Conference
We will hopefully have 12 teams so we each get in a conference of choice (the weakest team in your chosen conference will be replaced). You can pick the conference you wish to join.

Team Prestige
Team Prestige will start at 3 stars. This again will make everyone start out on the same page.


Program Info
Okay, there are 11 areas to play with here. You get 38 "points" to use at your disposal. So, reset your teams info to all "D"s and then start counting as you increase. There is 1 small issue . . . Academics would not let me reset all the way to a "D", lowest I could go was a "C", so it cost 2 points right off the bat. SO, really you only have 36 points to spend. This was still the case, and thank you for your compliance.

You are free to start creating your team as soon as you like. When the rosters are released, we will begin the season. The items on this list are subject to change pending the game's release. I haven't messed with the dynasty creator, so it could be a bit different from last year.

Advancement:
We will advance every Monday/Thursday evening after work. Earliest will be at 6 pm est, but likely later in the evening.

Okay guys, with the rosters out I'm going to try and get rolling tomorrow. I may start on it after work today, but that is unlikely to happen. Everyone just needs to get their teams created so we can get rolling.
