24 hour online dynasty - advances every night at 11 p.m. Central time.

I want this to be a challenge. Something that will be long-lasting and want you to improve your team or get to a point where you can move up.

- Start with a 2-star or 1-star prestige team.
- Minimum of three seasons at each school.
- If you do not move on after the three season minimum, you may move on any season after that.
- Coaching changes will only be made after the end of the BCS championship game.
- Advancements every night at 11:00 p.m. Central time.
- No score threshold (for everything else play within NDL rules).
- 6 min. quarters on All-American
- Custom scheduling allowed (requests prior to each season)
- No team will play a FCS school.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADVANCEMENT:
- 3 year min. at each school
- Must win at least 24 games over that three-year period (avg. of 8 wins per season)
- Must have reached at least one bowl game
- Must reach a bowl in final season at school
- Cannot have a losing season in the last two seasons
- If staying more than three years, must have won an avg. of 8 games over last three seasons

REQUIREMENTS FOR LATERAL MOVES (within same prestige):
- 3 year min.
- Must win at least 18 games (avg. of 6 wins/season)
- Final season must be a winning season

REQUIREMENTS TO MOVE DOWN IN PRESTIGE:
- None (may move down at any time)

CAN YOU BE FIRED?
- YES
- To avoid being fired, you must win at least 15 games over a three-year period.
- If you are fired you must sign with a team that is two stars lower in prestige. (Example: Clemson is 4-star team and you win only 8 games in three years. You will be fired and now have to coach a 2-star or 1-star team.)

I would be in as well. 24 hour advances rock. Id be interested in what hte guidelines are for upgrading teams, max points allowed to score vs CPU, restart policy, etc, thats really what makes or breaks a Dynasty in my opinion.

Understandable, but I'm waiting to get my hands on the game to really see what we can do before I post any type of rules. Just throwing this out there to gauge interest.

I somewhat would like to throw out random teams when attempting to move up/over to another team. Something like three random teams come calling to offer a coaching contract after the required number of years at a program. I would come up with some sort of rules or guideline of which teams fit your coaching profile/record that may come calling for your services. Nothing set in stone. Just an idea.

I like the idea of having a min. of a three-year contract at every school.

What I don't want is having to keep track of points and anything that adds extra work.
Any thoughts?

Id like to be in one this year as well but deciding which one is the best one out there.

I need a commish that will stay on top of things and keep us in line.

And yell at my lazy ass if I slack.

Has anyone confirmed if you can do the recruiting on an ipone or anything? Heard you can do it online this year which is a big plus and probably my deciding factor.

It sounds like we could be getting close to the release of steelerfan's rosters. If they turn out to be OK, I would like to begin getting things ready to kick off the OD. I have family coming into town on Friday, but could be ready to launch on Sunday afternoon as long as the rosters are good to go.

Nasty - I'm looking into the iPhone usage right now. It's REALLY slow trying to load that page on my iPhone. But, you can do it online and it works great there. Right now the EA servers are having some issues (no shock ). Anyway, once they return to normal I will again check out this feature on the iPhone.

More info later about the OD and how it will be run and all the good stuff about moving up to bigger and better teams, etc...

Yea I asked specifically for iphone due to work blocking EA so I would love to recruit through out the day on my phone, or the craper, or lunch or whatever.

Tball I am in two dynasties and would not realistically be able to keep up so I am going to have to back out, sorry fellas.

Let me know your thoughts on any of the guidelines. If you were put down as a maybe (looking at tfan and cnasty), let me know what you are thinking so we can get rolling.

I thought for sure I could take UNLV, not sure how they are a 3-star team, so guess I'll settle for LT.
