Re: 2027 - Season - Here We Go Again! (Ready 1/24)
I think ive asked this before but have we compared the predictions to the actual outcomes ever?
Would be cool to see but not sure if these are held in history or just shown at prior to the season.
Re: 2027 - Season - Here We Go Again! (Ready 1/24)
Happens in MLB, why is that crazy? Not to start a season, but they do 2 game sets back-to-back vs. same opponent.

appears everyone is set like this to open the season. You will get to see your old players Hamilton and Showmaker and Manning early on in season.

I love the optimism. But it is funny that this has happened pretty much every year I have been in the league.trendon wrote:2027 Launch: Division title, bye, playoff win, lose pennant or NDL Series. Yay!

Re: 2027 - Season - Here We Go Again! (Ready 1/24)
For all of you guys that have gone into rebuild mode in the past. How do you determine it is the best time to start your rebuild? What do you factor in when starting a rebuild? Is it primarily the age of your players, finances or just to do it for the hell of it because it's a challenge? I thought about starting a rebuild process in 3-5 years, depending on how my guys progress/degress throughout the years but not sure.
And I still need to get with Gabe on the whole financials because I have absolutely zero clue when it comes to this.

My whole franchise history has been a rebuild build.

Figure it out yourself as we are competing here. Why don't we all just share our tips and everyone gets a trophy! - David RiccioGeorgesGoons wrote:For all of you guys that have gone into rebuild mode in the past. I think I have my strategy, I just Hope I never have to use it. I would rather compete every year than go thru rebuild mode. Now if Shel wins a championship and I keep going one and done in the playoffs then I will rebuild, but we know that will never happen.Cnasty wrote:Figure it out yourself as we are competing here. Or if you stay in the league and stay where you are for 5 years I will offer Wayne Washington to you first for cheap. Shel has a better chance at winning than this ever happening.GeorgesGoons wrote:I think I have my strategy, I just Hope I never have to use it. Reaching a bit, but the OOTP page on FB hinted at an OOTP football.

That would be pretty cool. We would go from start of a season to start of the next in 30 days (That's with almost 2 weeks of off season)shel311 wrote:Reaching a bit, but the OOTP page on FB hinted at an OOTP football.
