Wade would get like 10-12 mil on open mkt I'd guess. It's certainly possible they told wade they'd resign him but they ha e no obligation to do so and it'd be wreck less as an agent to allow a client to do that regardless of what they said they'd do.

Newest reports say lebron wouldn't take any other meetings. If he hasn't met with Cleveland at all that would be odd for him to sign there.

They were just discussing this on Rover's Morning Glory, a morning talk show here for anyone in the area.

Today should be interesting with all the speculation.

Bosh is in a great position right now, imo. He either gets to return to Miami and play with Lebron/Wade, while competing for a title, or he goes to Houston to play with Harden etc and likely start the season as a top 3-4 team in the west. Houston fits him well, just because Howard can handle the dirty work in the post, while Harden will have the ball in his hands late.

This isn't about being friends. It's about making money and winning.

I don't see the issue. Bosh thinks he has the best chance to win with Miami if Lebron is there. If Lebron isn't, he thinks he has a better chance to win in Houston. He's willing to give Miami a discount because he likes the city and has friends there. At the same time, if you've read the reports, you'll see that he doesn't seem to be down for getting completely ripped off financially, as he's told them that he does have a number that he won't take less than.

where are you getting that from?

Miami has 4 players on the books (Napier, McRoberts, Granger, Cole) they can resign Bosh at max.

Ok, sorry, they "can" but there's no chance they would. If they give him Max, and LebBron (obviously) max, they won't have enough room for Wade and the rest of the role players. Unless, that's not part of their plan...
