what exactly goes into that? Not being a smart ass. Just asking. I know what full participation is for me, what is it for everyone else?
About 30 minutes a SIM for me.
I'm a proponent of moderation.

All I know is during the season, if I haven't made a trade and there's no injuries, probably 50% of the sims are more there's nothing for me to do(waiver wire maybe, which could take about 10 seconds if there's no new guys on it). Anything I do on the game is just extra, nothing necessary at all.

File is uploading now and we may have 1 more day for trades.
The Deadline is 8/16 and our in-game date is 8/16.
It appears the game will allow me to process trades for anyone looking to do more, but I will verify once this sim is complete.

The freefall in Cleveland after the two SP injuries continues, only winning 5 of their last 20.

I have been platooning Vincent Kelly (38/38) and Martin Ramirez (45/45) as my DH all season long. So far they have great numbers when combined:
571 ABs
164 hits
.287 average
38 doubles - would lead AL
7 triples - tied for 3rd in AL
12 HRs
74 RBIs
86 Runs - tied for 6th in AL
91 Walks - would lead AL
26.8 VORP
2.5 WAR
$8.5M combined salary
Never realized they were doing that great together.

Sweep complete of Sheltown!
That's the best I got in talking trash to a besty.
So we have today still to make trades?
