Ever since trading for Byrne and the two Martinez, my pitching has gone to shit. They weren't the best to start with but they were right around 5th in each category before those trades. Now we have dropped to 7th and 8th in most categories since those trades. All 3 were upgrades but they just haven't pitched well here.

Not sure if I'm correct but it seems like 2-3 seasons straight now where Cuevas is on pace to break the single season WAR record of 12.5, but then he cools off and finishes in that 10 WAR range.

I'd be on the fence between Cuevas and Lugo for MVP. The numbers Lugo has put up is crazy compared to everyone else in the AL, 33 more RBI's than the next guy is just ridiculous.
