I've always been a fan of small ball style. I have always looked for higher contact and OBP guys rather than power guys.wdoupis wrote:False....
Sidney .280/.371/.513 with 19 HRs, 21 doubles, 51 walks, .884 ops and a 138 OPS+ and 5.9 ZR
Soto .352/.393/.467 with 1 HR, 25 doubles, 24 walks, .860 ops and 134 OPS+ and a 3.7 ZR
Sidneys power is so much better and that trumps all. Not to mention he is playing better defense. If you are just going off or 4.3 war to 4 that is the wrong way to go about it as war is not the perfect number. You can have all the singles and stolen bases you want. Sidney's season is still better
wdoupis wrote:Lol, in no universe whatsoever is Soto a better player than Blackwell. Even this season in Soto's career year and Blackwell having a "down" year for him Blackwell is still equal or better.GeorgesGoons wrote:Blackwell is easy. Soto is a better player. It's the same as me saying Knight should be voted in. He'll never make it unless he goes to the NL or Marino goes to the NL.wdoupis wrote:
Congrats to all the All-Stars. I think there is some anti-Greek sentiment around the league, no clue how Blackwell and Pryor are not on the team.

Has nothing to do with it. I do not invest the time that you do. The Beef do well enough for the amount of time I spend on the game. I check for injuries, set lineup and export. Right around 10-15 minutes a day max, which is still probably more than some.wdoupis wrote:Who usually wins more, Lincoln or Richmond
I think the biggest misconception is how much time guys invest. Yes, I invest more because I have to run sims but if you are talking just my team or before I was commish I basically spent 15 minutes a day as well. I will take time to do draft lists and things like that but unless I am in trade talks it is not like I am spending an hour a day.GeorgesGoons wrote:Has nothing to do with it. I am not sure if you did the Pearl Jam on purpose but I am giving you credit and going A+plasma1896 wrote:wdoupis wrote: Who usually wins more, Lincoln or Richmond

We both have 1 as far as I know. I joined in 2038 so no clue what happened before that.The_Niddler wrote:Who has more championships, Lincoln or Richmond?
Serious question.
The record of the great Richmond against Lincoln this year. Wonder what it was last year as wellwdoupis wrote:I do not know what this means?GeorgesGoons wrote:5-2wdoupis wrote: I am better because I target guys like Blackwell and you target guys like Soto
I would say very likelyUuaww wrote:I'm ready for Shel to make his moved and be competitive and get that last playoff slot... Only to lose it the final week of the season. What are the odds this happens?
Wait...isn't this what EVERYONE invests? haha!! I can't imagine anyone spending more time than 10-15 each day. #confusedGeorgesGoons wrote:Has nothing to do with it. I assumed people spent a lot more time than I did. I thought 10-15, when I am checking stats and stuff, was on the low end. I may not even spend that much timeHammerin' Hank wrote:Wait...isn't this what EVERYONE invests? haha!!
