You know you had a bad night when Tyler Zeller was tied on your team for high points. Yes it was 43.8 but still!!

He panned out but the guy I upgraded for him did not in Kobe.

I've gotten away from what worked which was solid,consistent guys instead of going for the cheap boom or bust guys to get that extra Kobe/Carmelo/Harden type player. Has worked but only twice but I have also lost twice trying to do it.

Back on track tomorrow.

It says 1st through 5th wins a step 1 ticket, I have no idea what that means. It'll be close but I think I'll finish 2nd, barring overtime.

If this wasn't just the perfect microcosm of my DFS experience. Finished regulation of the last game in 2nd. But some guys were only a couple of points behind and had 1 or 2 more players left than I had , finished in 63rd.

I noticed Condia finished 2nd, 1.5 points ahead of me.

Ah well, no mysterious step 1 ticket for me.

I just realized something else, most likely just coincidence but it does sorta fall into lockstep with the "NO THINKING!" rule: I have not won one single day that I looked at Notorious' article. Not once.

Last night was super low after a few high nights, lowest ever that I've seen.

I finished(yes I re-deposited lol) with 248 and that was good for top 30s in my 120 50/50s and top 15-20 in my 80 person 50/50s. I saw winning scores of 275 and guys just making the money at around 229.

I've gone away from the elite players the last few days and sided with the more steady, consistent lineups and it has worked.

That being said, looking at a few solid value plays, tonight seems like a good night to try and squeeze in an elite player or 2, I'm thinking.
