Re: Twisted OD - Week 12 (2/19)
Couple things real quick for everyone. I have made some adjustments to sliders. Scoured the interwebz and found some that a ton of people had commented on that were good settings. I've played an offline game with them and noticed some differences, but nothing really major. With that said, there were also some AUTO SUB settings that were recommended with it. If you're interested I've posted them below:
Out/In
QB - 0/6
RB - 79/85
WR - 70/75
FB & TE - 20/25
OL - 0/6
DE & DT - 79/85
LB - 50/55
CB - 20/25
S - 20/25
Let me know how these go for you. If there needs to be any tweaking post in here and I'll make some changes before the Week 13 advance, which I'll be back for.
I am passing the Commish duties over to Whitt so that he can advance you on the MORNING OF THE 19th. Pengy if you could edit the thread title to keep everyone updated I'd appreciate it (Week 13 (2/23). Whitt, don't worry about the stats and stuff, I'll take care of it when I get back.

Re: Twisted OD - Week 12 (2/19)
Will do wasted, in other news last weeks game..............
@Wake Forest
59-28
The Noles offense had another good game, but man the offense looked for like a trauma ward than a depth chart before this one was over. The list of players who did not finish the game (thankfully all were only game long injuries) Winston, Coker, Karlos Williams, Chad Abram, Rashad Green, and Kenny Shaw missed a quarter as well. So the Noles played near half the game with our 3rd string QB, and entered the 4th quarter with only the Abram the only healthy body on depth chart for the offensive backfield. Thankfully entering week 12 Wilder should be returning, and only Pender remains on the injury list.

Re: Twisted OD - Week 12 (2/19)
vs Cuse
66-7
Noles need to hire new doctors and trainers for next season, that much is clear. Winston was taken out of the game after one drive in the 3rd quarter, and just in time too a Coker came in and would get knocked of game for the second consecutive week after just two drives. The running game saw Williams get knocked out about the time Coker did, but this time Abram was up to the task. In just over a quarter of play the seldom used FB carried 10 times for 60 yards and a touchdown for easily the best statistical game of his career. Wilder was held out one more week as the coaching staff wants to make sure he is ready to go for the Gators in a few weeks.

Re: Twisted OD - Week 12 (2/19)
Buckeyes give up 45 points to Illinois in a 45-38 loss. Scheelhaase threw for 366 and 4 TD's on me, and their starting tailback ran for 155 with 6 broken tackles
Needless to say, I wasn't expecting a game like this out of Illinois.
And while I was playing, I saw that Michigan lost as well, so that's both #4 and #5 losing in the same week.
Since I have commish duties right now, I'm going to go in and secretly change the settings back to the way they were

Re: Twisted OD - Week 12 (2/19)
I haven't been on to check, has everyone else played?? I would have no issue advancing us tonight when I get home from work if people wanted to get their games in tonight. I don't think Wasted would mind at all. It would mean a longer wait till he gets back for the next advance though.

Dang, Oregon got the raw end of the sim, sad to see that happen. I wanted to be the one to give him that loss.

You are starting to sound more like a WWE guy than a NCAA guy.fsupenguin wrote:Dang, Oregon got the raw end of the sim, sad to see that happen. I wanted to be the one to give him that loss.
That said, damn it cant believe my first loss was on a sim. Oh wells just like a real life ducks team to lose a game they probably should of won.

Re: Twisted OD - Week 13 (2/23)
vs Idaho
94-10
The only starters who say the field in the 2nd half were the FB, K, and P. This was a horrible mismatch and literally did not matter what play the Noles ran, they all worked, and nearly all of them were close to going to the house. Winston balled out in the 1st half, but the best news for the Noles offense was RB Wilder finally returning from injury. With only 11 touches Wilder went for 127 and a couple bruising touchdown runs. RB Karlos Williams, FB Chad Abram, and QB Jacob Coker combined for 30+ 2nd half carries and over 200 yards to chew up the clock as the Noles finally stayed healthy for an entire game. Next is the Gators.
