last week of recruiting opened this morning...next adv tonight around 8cst.

cut players is up...pre-season starts tonight.

I have some unfortunate news. Last night while doing my recruiting my ps3 suddenly turned itself off. I now have what is referred to as 'the yellow light of death' or YLOD. My NCAA09 disk is still in the PS3 and it will not stay on long enough to eject the disk. I will look around for a way to force it to eject the disk. The power on while pressing eject didn't do the trick. If I cannot retrieve the disk we will be on pause for about 10-14 days until I get this repaired. Sorry to everyone.

That sucks Brocam...hate to hear that.

But, I have been real busy this past week and havent gotten to many of my games played....so the pause could be good, for me anyways...good luck on getting the ps3 fixed, I know my time is coming.

Here's the update...I was able to retrieve the NCAA disk from inside the PS3. It was a huge P.I.T.A. but at least I have it. We can continue on as normal and I will just use my wife's PS3 until I get my situation resolved.

I advanced this morning.

his story is one of Legend..... I wish my wife would "want" a PS3.

as you guys saw this weekend..the morning advance is more difficult since the other ps3 is in the bedroom. during the week i should be able to advance around 7.30/7.45 am. on the weekends it will vary depending on sleeping patterns.

we are in bowl wk #1. mcx is the only game. gl.

i will do my best to get us off to a good start....

Maybe you should have jumped into the dynasty and then you would have seen what was going on.Your in a 24 hour dynasty but yet don't check up on it.I also must ask this to both kdog and cdub are you 2 still playing?If not let Brocam know so he can get replacements you 2 have not even checked up on the dynasty since last month.

Don't know about kdog. I spoke with Cdub the other day and he has stepped down. Buckeye agreed to join when we talked yesterday. He will appear tonight when I advance to the preseason.

I typically post here only if I don't advance at the normal times.
