Yes, it is MAC compatible.
And you can log into a Mac from a windows pc or vice versa with no issues.
I do it all the time with our old Macbook.
I get into my desktop at home when I am traveling.

I would have to agree that this is best program I have used in awhile.
Has come into play few times, Family and friends who need PC help w/o having to leave my living room.
