Couldn't agree more. The grind of practice in Texas in that heat is prob a bitch. No better way to get practice started and keep the kids fired up.

I like to think most coaches do this now a days as there are always videos of these types of things happening.
Klingsbury, as Dave refers to him as, looks like a fun fella to play for though.

Was going 38 in a 35 this morning and a state trooper pulls up next to me and rolls down his window in the middle of traffic and says "the posted speed limit is 35, dont give me a reason to pull you over"

I had the hardest time trying not to smirk or laugh at him like are you serious??

Really! Is that 3 MPH that gets you there 12 seconds earlier, really worth it?

The funny part he was like gangsta leaning in his car when he rolled down the window and did so. I wanted to laugh so hard and the best part is my son hears all this occurring and he just keeps yelling "bye, bye, bye!" in the backseat the entire time.

Was a fun interaction early in the AM.

Up the hill from my school there is a part of roadway that has a posted sign "Speed Limit is 25 unless posted otherwise" small writing. Then about 20 feet later is an actual 25 MPH sign. Then about 3 or 4 blocks there is a 35 MPH sign, then changes to a school zone a half mile later and then back to 25. Freaking ridiculous. Another road by where I grew up has a 35 MPH right when you turn on to the road, not even a half a block later has a sign that says reduced speed ahead, then changes to 25 less than a half block later. Speed limits are necessary, I get that, but lets have a plan with the damn speeds...

right in the jaw too. That had to hurt. Kid is in the wrong for standing so close to the tracks, yet the conductor will probably be found and fired. Stupid...
