Have rental property in Maryland. Get the call last night that a pipe burst, basement flooded... Pipe burst some where in the concrete slab and had to be shut off at the water main, which the tenants didn't know how to do so they called....911
Plumber took a look this morning, said it's polybutylene which means the entire pipe will need to be replaced.
Bets on whether insurance company, USAA, will cover that?
