I see a file , I think but not instructions

And by "create it" you can copy that folder and that file over from the OOTP20 location (very easy).

ya if u enjoy cutting/pasting a 8GB file..

itll be in your OOTP 20 world.. a "World.dat" file.

In the NDL.lg folder you need a folder called settings and in the settings folder you need the accountsgm file.

I don't know what Nick is referencing, but that folder and file are super small. The zip file you download will take care of the rest.

Damn you all are savage. Also, RIP to any thoughts that Perfect Team isn't affecting this game anymore. How in the hell does the scouting mismatch thing not get fixed....

It's a feature. There is a rogue scout in your organization that disagrees with the head of the scouting department. You have to determine who to trust.

For the record, this starter file will never give you a settings folder or an accountsdata_gms file.
Once you unzip this file, you will have to manually create a settings folder, then grab the accountsdata_gms file.
You can try the one from your OOTP20 saved games folder first. That one should work.
Place a copy of that file in the settings folder.
Then boot up your OOTP21 and see if you can export and then download the latest file.
