A little late but I finally finished watching the whole reveal. I look forward to getting the Hardened version for the PS4. Add another meat shield to the group this fall.

Everytime I watch one of those videos they look so bad ass and get me wanting to play again.

Then I realize when I play,I kill about 4 people in 2 hours and die about 800 times and its nowhere near as fun.

The sound stuff seems like it would be so awesome with a nice pair of headsets

if you stuck with it for more than a week, youd get good. I'm solid and i have zero "stick" skills

you gotta get rid of those big cannons for guns you used to carry around

I carried those around because I needed about 37 bullets to kill one guy it seemed.

I have the crouch and stop syndrome Hoos has called it.

Instead of constantly moving,I pause. Look around, move, pause, and on and on.

Maybe I should try to stay in one spot like Ence to be more successful? Ive been reading he is pretty good.

Hardened is $119.99. It comes with season pass, in game skins and player card stuff, and soundtrack.

If you want just the season pass there is no discount buying harden edition assuming season pass is 50 bucks. So ill stick with regular. Now if you want the book and braclet too, then you save money.

We now play hardcore Corey. So less bullets to kill someone so that is a positive for you. So as long as you shoot first, you should win the gun battle. It plays more true than core mode where more often than not I felt as if I would lose despite getting the jump on a guy. Plus you can kill your teammates. Nothing better than shooting Jason to steal his care package.

Well this sounds nice.

I found myself getting the jump on guys a lot but my jump on guy/kill ratio was very low.

In that review by AJs link I was surprised to hear it didnt look better or the looks werent lauded as much as the sound enhancements.

Tons of vids

Watched just first domination vid

Things I noticed and really like

Your kills deaths and caps are in right hand corner of screen. Also score position. No more hitting pause to see scores.

Enemy flag caps are lowered to 150 didn't see him cap a neutral flag so I wonder if that's back at 100.

The guy sucked so he didn't have any kill streaks but he did destroy a sat com.

Did you also notice that it doesn't go straight from Team A to Team B when you capture a flag? There is a neutral timeframe while you capture. So you can lose the flag, but also gain it back before the other team captures. Kind of like Battlefield in their CTF games. That guys has a ton of videos up. Since the Odin Strike isn't tied to massive kill streaks, I might actually be able to get one in this version. LOL

Don't understand what you are saying coug

Also looks like domination is no longer two halves. One long game again.

I do not camp  I simply lock down strategic points on the battlefield.

AJ's points per minute are higher than mine because he racks up a bunch of points in two minutes (two flag caps, a few kills) then goes MacGruber on his teammates and gets kicked.

Corey, it's fun. I was the same way when I started (I think my K/D was like .45 for a month) and I got better as I learned the maps, learned which guns are better, etc. Getting a Turtle Beach was what really helped me improve; hearing people running around you is vital in this game, at least for me.
