The Bulls would like to drop Acie Law and sign Eric Maynor, if he is still a FA, as listed on the website.
Email or PM is the FASTEST way to reach me.

Some deals, you have to realize that guys may not be worth as much as their ratings, and worth more than their ratings, etc.

For example, a higher rated player with a very funky/slow shot isn't worth near as much as a lower-rated guy with a quick smooth shot. Or guys may value speedy guards over stronger guards, and thus their ratings might be lower.

Big example of a "wtf" deal by ratings was the Wall/Harden for Ginobili/Conley deal I made. Yeah, I lost in terms of ratings....but I got a guard who is 6'4" with long-ass arms (thus he gets lots of steals and blocks) and who is lightning fast, over a slower guard who can't defend as well but passes better; and I downgraded to a SG who has a sweeter stroke (Harden) over a dynamic player who, while highly rated, was extremely hard to figure out on his shot and thus was a liability on offense.

In the end, it's all about guys getting players they do well with and who fit their style. Ratings, while a good indicator, aren't always everything. Trust me, I'm missing Pau from my most recent deal big time, but getting a better passer/quicker shot/better defender in Curry has already paid dividends on the perimeter.

Ilyasova is like a 67 overall, I got him in the 9th round when Corey was running the draft and just randomly picked him for me, and it was quite the steal.

He's my 4th option now, starting, and I'm guessing still shooting over 50% from the 3pt line, as a power forward. Ratings are definitely somewhat overrated in this game, and finding pieces that fit your team are a more viable option.

I drafted like one before last and I was 100% certain that I'd get Ray Allen in the 1st round, even though I think he's a sub 80 rating. Dave snatched him up before me but Ray Ray is killing it this season. Definitely woulda loved to get him late 1st round, 70s rated or now.

As much as we appreciate Joe's time here in Washington, there are no plans to entertain getting Joe back. He is an all-star talent and I'm sure he'll have a great season in Toronto - we're focused on the future here going forward.

The Wizards organization wishes Joe all the best.

Talented and Riccio agree to 1 for 1

Knicks get Charlie Villanueva

Trailblazers get Channing Frye

Knicks could have drafted Charlie V but passed on him and felt bad so they took him back. deal makes team worse but coach happy.

Blazers accept....would like a better defender/rebounder, but at least he can shoot.
