My wife was on the couch last night with me and casually looked up every now and again and it was always when Bron was just blowing by guys.

She didn't understand why they "weren't doing anything". I said they can't. They just can't!!
I know it will come off as looking homerish and all that, but I literally cannot stand Steph Curry.

He's an insane talent. There is absolutely no denying that. '

But every single mannerism he has just makes me want to punch him. The mouthpiece chew. The cockiness. His celebrations. His complaining. Just so punchable. It has nothing to do with being good, because you can be good and not be dick. You can be confident and even cocky without being his level of annoying cocky. You take him out of the equation and I probably don't even dislike the Warriors.

Yes, I know LeBron whines and complains, and I don't like it either. To be fair.

Another family comment, my son asked "why is that guy chewing on his retainer like you wear to bed dad?"

After I explained what the mouthpiece was, my 1 kid must have said about 5 times, "Put that thing back in your mouth, dude"

This was in the 1st quarter when Curry shot an absurd amount of free throws, so he was getting lots of air time chewing on the mouthpiece.

You guys as fans have a lot of built up hatred if a guy chewing his mouth piece makes you want to punch him in the face, lol.

they literally broke the game. with the rules today, you have no options other than to hope they miss. if they ever got a moderately skilled center who was a dedicated rebounder but could also hit consistent jumpers thats the only way they could get even better. Some under used guy like a Tyler Zeller or a Kelly Olynyk would work.

we went thru a period of basketball post MJ that was so horrendous with iso ball and hero ball and then the Spurs took advantage by using ball movement and now these teams are using the realization of math with the 3 pointers to take that Spurs style to the next level that we've gone from the grossest, most inefficient form of the game 20 years ago to the best version of it today. I get people don't like it and think these guys don't play much d, but it really has nothing to do with the defense... they are playing high level defense but the ball moves quicker than a human can and its not possible to guard this type of an offense. and when the ball movement does get guarded because guys stick to their assignment, the athleticism of these guys allows them to blow by the defender like an 'iso' style.

they need to change the rules desperately. i can't imagine the league wants less scoring which would make for a less exciting game but the way it is now we're just going to continue to see this style repeated over and over. better shooters, better ball movement. the first thing i'd change is calling move illegal screens. the way they let guys roll into screens is crazy. guys need an inch to get a corner on a defender and they let these dudes basically grab and pull the guy getting screened.
This is exactly what I do with my team. Ball movement, spacing, dribble with a purpose, and everyone shots the three.

If Cleveland could add any player in the league to this team, who would it be and would they beat GS in a series? (assume its from the start)

Man thats tough.

Flashy I wanna go Westbrook. Heart wants to go Paul.

But I think they honestly matchup a lot better if they add the likes of a fully healthy Kawhi as he would be HUGE on the defensive side of the court and yes they could win with that team imo.

Westbrook or Kawhi

last year they were able to score a lot of transition points in games 4-7 when they came back and they attacked hoop hard. I think Westbrook and Lebron driving that relentlessly with Love starting with the outlets would give them a chance at scoring points easier, but I still don't think it'd be enough.

this is crazy to even say but I think it'd take both Kawhi and Westbrook along with Lebron Kyrie and Love to make it even.

I go Kawhi, I'm not sure they'd win though.

Yea thats pretty crazy and overkill but with how they have played the first 2 games of this series, hard to refute.

My thought process is neutralizing of KD. Not fully but much more than they are now.

And then in doing that Bron and company beat almost this same exact GS team last year so its anyone's series after that.

its just the shooting. unless you're throwing a team out there that can shoot like them I don't know how you can keep up.

and Love/Kyrie defensively are still liabilities so it's going to hurt the team defense regardless.

the best shot the Cavs have of winning is to set a gameplan that lets Draymond shoot open shots. almost play off him completely and just dare him to keep shooting. he's a pretty good shooter so it sounds crazy but, of the 4 scorers, he's the least efficient so you sag off him, help against other guys and just let him take 25 shots. that's really the only thing I can think of other than hoping and praying Curry and Durant are both cold and taking bad shots.

Is it me or is the vantage point in Cleveland for the camera and view much worse than it was in golden state?

Maybe it's because the crowd isn't wearing one solid color or the floor being so pale/bright but it is such a different viewing experience.

Camera also seems further from the floor than in GS.

Maybe it's just me.
