The stuck change up rating has been a bug in the game for years now.

Not really a glitch. The game just has the changeup as the hardest pitch to learn and its why those guys are such boom/bust prospects. I have no idea if a changeup is the hardest pitch to learn in real life or if the game just chose that as its pitch.

I end the season with a 3 game set vs Sheltown. This is going to be a crazy sim tomorrow.
