Looks as though draft will be like it always is as the in game hall of fame didn't work so I don't see the draft working.

thank god. my clubhouse is in shambles because he had starters on the bench. ugh. gotta get morale back up. going to the strip club tonight on me.

one thing i noticed is, the cpu can override ur budget apparently. i have $0, and $0 free to offer on ext, and yet when under DND my ast gm was offering legitimate contracts, and even signed Jenkins to a 2 yr deal.

maybe put Texas n stuff on DND? It wont be a perfect science but theyll call up/send down ppl accordingly and sign/resign n stuff too. less stress on ur back

The only argument I see to that is if these "phantom" coaches start releasing prospects which we've already seen this season with the assistant GM.

The draft has 31 players rated 61 or higher then 50 players rated 50-59 by my scout.

Dillonvale splits with Cookville, 2-2 and then we take 2 of 3 from Las Vegas.
I consider that a very good sim against 2 tough teams.

it's really up to corey. it may be something we play by ear. we can usually see how a draft is going make a judgement.

If we do a 3rd, I'm not gonna be easily able to figure out must sign picks/dead picks. What I would do is dead pick the latest picks (if you have 3+) since by our rules you can't have more than 2 players per round.

If I am completely shocked and we are going way ahead of schedule MAYBE a 3rd but I don't have much confidence.

I vote just taking the time and setting your draft list how you want it. I hate how long 2 rounds take as it is...

I am with you but that ship has sailed.

I realize we don't trade draft picks but I was curious if something like the following scenario would be allowed or if it had been done...Let's say I want to trade player A to team XYZ, in return for that player I ask his manager to pick a specific player in his 1st round, once said player signs, I send player A along with whatever signing costs for drafted player were? It wouldn't require any extra work on the commishes part and really can just be seen as a player swap.

Just something I thought about and wanted to ask...
