Depends on how much you take a day. I take it twice a day and still have a ton after a month. It's 5 pounds.

Using about a scoop and a half five days a week, five pounds lasts me a couple months. Where do you get the powdered peanut butter?
Chocolate protein, a banana, scoop of peanut butter is my go to, practically a dessert

Kroger here stocks it.
Also amazon has it for around the same price:

I have had PB2 before. I like regular peanut butter and sometimes a banana mixed in and good stuff.

In honor of the daily discussion, I'm having a salad at work! I'm easily influenced.

I'm proud of ya!
I live on grilled chicken, different beans, and love salads so it makes it easy for me to mix things up.
Then live a little every now and again.

Probably gonna fork over the $60 for some powdery goodness. The idea of a peanut butter protein shake, those sound delicious.
I don't usually eat breakfast anyway, so a shake in the morning would be perfect. I just gotta figure out how to eat light or healthy for lunch, as I know I won't be cooking much healthy. The cafeteria has some solid options with a nice salad bar and some decent looking healthy stuff. Then maybe a shake in the afternoon to hold me over til dinner. All bets are off for dinner though
I don't think i have many places to run near my apartment, but maybe find some indoor routines i can do inside my place.
I got the fever!!!!

You have a nice looking gym with treadmills and TVs. I'd die for that. I just go around my neighborhood and they have a big running trail.
The key is to eat every 3 hours and keep that metabolism going. Don't wait to the point of hunger. Small snacks in between. Go light on lunch and have a bigger dinner or vice versa.
Acknowledging to start something and getting going is the hardest part. 2 months in it is like clockwork to me.
Dont torture yourself. Enjoy those huge ass, bad meals for you once or twice a week. It is actually better for you as your metabolism gets better.
By no means an expert but I consider us in the same realm of a busy dad, little time to work out, terrible eating habits and such.

Oh yea, I always forget about the gym. I don't think I've ever worked out in a gym in my entire life. I'll have to google "how to work a treadmill" to be confident of how to do it, or go when no one is in there.
My other thing that doesn't help much here is that I never eat snacks. Not sure why, no reason really. I just never ever eat anything between meals.

I've already gained back the 10lbs I lost before my golf trip. For 11 months out of the year I don't eat candy... then the middle of October hits... boom. I'm terrible.
I've been off the boat with my diet and working out since mid-September.
As for protein, I've got Banana Creme and Strawberry Milkshake Muscle Milk Light in my office cabinet right now. In my early 20s, I couldn't stand protein shakes. I wish they had stuff that tasted like this back then. Highly supplemented diets are definitely a great idea, but I'd be lying if I didn't say that I could have 4 of these each day at the office and be thrilled. They taste soooooo good.

Just today, Im sitting there in the lounge having my shake (which I really enjoy) and guy to my left is crushing a pizza, guy to my right crushing a pulled pork sandwich with fries. They both smelled soooooo good, its was incredibly hard not to give in and get something else

That is why I stay realistic and go nuts on those 1 or 2 days a week and it keeps me in line on the other days knowing I am going to spend $20 at Taco Bell on Friday night after the bar.

You all would so lose here. I'm getting ready to head back over seas where there is nothing to do but work out. Last time I was there I went from 210 down to 185 in 6 months, losing 6 inches on the waist and adding 1.5 inches on the neck.

i am still 185 lbs but i would guess my body fat is like double what it was when i got married 3 years ago.
i'll toss in 20 if i can figure out how to get my body fat tested accurately.
