Got a 4k TV recently and good lord is Netflix money with their show depth and 4k streaming.

I haven't started any of them but have heard good things about most.

Yeah they're doing a fantastic job with the original content and becoming their own "network"

Also started Aziz's new Netflix show Master of None. Only a couple episodes in but above average

So for the last month or so I've been commuting to a different hospital for neuro anesthesia, thus no meal card. So for lunches, I've just been making protein shakes in bulk. Frozen fruit, protein powder, kale, chia seeds, etc. It's cheap, easy, and quick. A few weeks into this and I'm realizing I'm missing a huge part of my daily routine....a good dump. Haven't had a gratifying bowel movement in way too long

Taking them twice a day to get some great protein and I see the results. It tastes delicious as well.

Which one you using?

Gold standard vanilla here

I feel like there's zero chance I could go all day till dinner without eating a meal...over and over virtually every day.

Seems impossible.

Unlike possibly weasel, I still eat meals and my protein shakes.

I actually eat more than I ever have. Every 3 hours.

Breakfast with protein shake, snack, lunch, snack, workout with protein shake, dinner, snack.

Pretty easy

Define snack, lunch and dinner. Either you're working out for 2hrs a night, pretty hardcore, or your snack is under 200 calories and your lunch and dinner are in the 600-800 range.

Yea, I took it to mean he was eating semi-meals every 3 hours. I don't count snacks as eating every 3 hours, depending on what snacks are, like you said.

I have an hour drive into work, so I'll have a granola bar or something similar for breakfast. Being in the OR it's almost 50-50 whether I even get a break or not during the day, so to not be able to get a meal isn't terribly unusual for me, at least with a protein shake I get a good amount of nutrients.

Go to snacks:
Greek yogurt with almonds
Pistachios
Trail mix
Banana

That type of stuff. I've seen a major difference in energy and already weight and such eating more often.

I call it newborn training.
