Miami is built off things i dont care about in real life. Stolen bases, Bullpen and defense. Its hard to complain about SBs tho when in 185 attempts your team has a 85% success rate.

Miami is 6th in the AL in runs scored, 5th in runs allowed. He doesn’t do anything at a high level besides having a bullpen.

One of the more over achieving teams we have had in a while and I will be thrilled to get those free games of playoff revenue from him.

is there a prettier blue?

We are also ecstatic which is surprising considering the assholes we have on this squad.

20-4 in 1 run games now.

I mean, my 3 headed pen is unstoppable. So long as my starter goes 6 i can almost shut down any team, which explains the record in 1 run games. And since this game isnt completely real, I have relievers routinely pitch 3 innings and no other MR gonna complain.



halfway thru the yr and 2 relievers have pitched just under 7 innings.

Look at the saves. I dont care about useless stats, I care about winning and thats what Miami does.

Go to BaseRuns on S+, see Miami is top 4 in pitching and top 5 in hitting actual runs over expected. It's really basic stuff here.

I think our percentage for stolen bases might be lower than MLB, I think its suppose to be around 75% success rate for stolen bases to be worth it, I think ours might be more around 70%, take a look at our caught stolen percentage

Our is about 3% higher if IIRC, but what i've been doing is letting guys like julio rivera steal as much as they can and its worked out great

you know all these things and have 1 title, less playoff appearances, and a predictable decline upcoming. Plus, to make the game fun you dont even stay in the financial parameters of your team.. and still only 1 title. Man, tell me what success feels like.

why dont you go balloon your payroll and shit to absurd numbers, year after year, with no repercussion, but then complain about sim and realism

I know all these things because they're facts I can actually look up.

I LOL when I see how long it took much greater GM's to get theirs. Took me 4 years after some trades of great pitchers to build up the team for what I thought would have been a nice run....really blundered that run.

Why would I need repurcussions?


The last 2 seasons with $150+mil payroll, I've lost a total of $16million. Miami lost $25mil in 2053 alone, and that $25mil is about the exact amount I'll be down in these last 3 seasons combined. You're making yourself look silly right now.
