Who Started the NDL?

it would be fantastic if we all just announced who are favorite teams were and if nobody else was also a fan of that team then you automatically got them (if you wanted them of course).

I think its almost like that now.

As long as theri fav team isnt some A team who everyone wants and we have to question is that REALLY their fav team or do they just want a good team....I think they have a good shot at getting them.

I cant think of 1 person in the league who's team isnt an A team, that cant get their team (barring the team already has someone there who has them as their team also)

I remember when I came in.. the ndl had pretty much went through its first 3 seasons.. I came in Season 4. played 3 games in the farm and was also in the xsfl.. But played a full season in NDL.. Cause the ole miss team had played no games.

Jamesthecarman was the person that told me about the ndl, when I played in his 2k5 league.. THen I instantly tried to get in.. I played GhostofUCla who was known as Morrobay back then, who then was a big proponent for me.

First oppt for me was biffy, and I swore you already had bama then, only lost by a freaking fg god I missed so many fgs then.

Anyway I use to post a lot more and talk a lot more to most of the guys here.. but I kind of dropped off when Cnasty dropped me from his reg OCC .. which shattered my world.. Then the PS3 came out and I couldnt make the transition..

Just looked Season 5 was my first year at Bama.

Foggy always worried the horns off me about Bama. It aint gonna happen. He could have done what VT is doing, take a team in the same conf and try and force me out. He didnt. If he would have stuck around, next season could have been his lucky one. I got lucky, I got bama season 6 I think and until then, they hadnt even had a winning record the first 5 seasons. Done right and have been able to keep em. IF he wanted em, should have gotten here before me.

well duh you got there first, but I really appreciated what TFan did for me when i won the NC to leave UT and give them to me when i had a high pick.

...i think he was looking for that and when you refused to do that and he realized that it wasn't gonna happen then he went off the deep end. That's not an excuse for him, but it's just what happened

If a handful of people came to me today and said. I am a Bama Fan and I want Bama, Id give it to em. AJ, Beefy,Schoola are 3 right off the top of my head. Outside of those few people, Just wait till next season when I get fired. I am with riccio, I put in my time, got luck, got my team, and I aint leaving. Its the NCAA Dynasty league. If one of the reasons oggy left was due to not getting Bama, then he aint a NDLer.

All I can remeber is Mo. I know I wasn't an inagural memeber. I was lobby cruising and heard about incaa and pcl, through that grapevine I heard about mo and various others trying to get 117 team leagues.. Tried to find out about them with no avail. I got started in leagues on 2004 in a league run by tevita and Allan. In that league they hooked me up with Evan (3x's) and dr Tom. Evans league got me in with carnell who was running a 2team per owner 117 team league. Tom was takig over for rob powers in the pcl and I joined his first season as ospl headman. He got me in with Jeff jut as season 1 ended and I was an inagural farm member but got called up before ever playing a game in it during season 2.


Now I only play in this league after stints in several subpar leagues. Including chunksters... Ah LOD how I don't miss thee at all!

You were in a league I ran in the '04 game. There were a few that made it to the NDL from there.

I know a lot of coaches came over from MP. MP FSU who wasnt in the league at the time I think hooked me up with the farm. MP was a fun little league for a couple of seasons, no LD, but still worked out pretty well. Off the top of my head I am pretty sure it was me, schoola, KYShark, Crowes and I know I am missing a few more so I apologize. Maybe Crowes can remember better, was that 119 league we were in for a short time before it closed down INCAA? I remember being 5-0 with Tulsa and boom, it was gone like the next day. I do remember when I got my call up ANK was running the farm.

Bigry ran a league like that I donate to and then he promptly shut it down. I was Tennessee I think and was doing pretty well with them...

Bigry ran the CSFL and when he left I took over. Went a few more season and people started to not play their games and the league just kept getting smaller to where we hit a point that it wasn't worth it to keep it going.

MBerokoff/morobay/Ghost of Pauly pavilion (all the same guy ) hit me up on AIM one day and told me to join the farm. We were in a different league together. A few others were in that league Cnasty, Shel, Nole, Bigmike, and I cant remember who else. It was my 1st online league. I started playing online with MVP2004 baseball and the guys said they were doing a football league so I joined up looking for straight games. From there, like I said, Mark told me to join the farm.

Played like 4 or 5 games there and got called up midway through season 8 and took over Miss St. Kind of a blur since then.

to be honest I have never played a lobby game in my life. After being in straght league I just cant bring myself to do it. Used to just buy Madden and run offline dynasties and whatnot.

Too lazy to keep going through the hall, but that's the first half. There's been a lot of guys who came on board season 2 that are still here as well

I was in Jeff's original league and came in to the NDL in the beginning I believe. I had to step out because of grad school, meeting my the woman who is now my wife, and hating NCAA '05 with a burning passion. Jeff (or someone posing as him) asked me to come back. I was here until last year when I had to leave due to pissing my wife off quite badly. She hates me less now, so I'm allowed to play in the league again.

Oh man, I was thinking the EXACT same thing.

I saw Nole's post saying I didnt give him credit, but I just ignored it because the way I remember it, Bud got us into the NDL, and Nole may have joined the NNBL after we had already got into the Farm.
