I didn't see it, but apparently Blount also punched one of his teammates twice, albeit, in the facemask, lol.
This is awesome!!!

I mean it can't get any worse than that first one.

I loved the NCST/USC game, I thought it was a great contest where yards were at a premium. QB's wildly underperformed, though.

yeah the reason why the cameras saw that was because blount was shoving and punching his own players...Im thinking when he punched that dude...the oregon players came up and told him to hold the fuck up and then he turned on them.

Well, he was a JUCO transfer from Florida ... which means he is a fucking imbecile and he barely made the grade. So, you can't expect him to act reasonably.

I do find it odd that when a game finishes 7-3, the 2 teams are terrible, that's all you hear. But if it finishes 51-48, it's 2 great teams with prolific offenses.

Can't view it at work, apparently it's an apology from Blount.

Agreed. This game was as good as most games out there.

Another thing.
Let's talk about all the Boise players that were right there and did absolutely nothing after there teammate got punched.
Now don't get me wrong, those players are kinda screwed either way. They're already being called pussies for not retaliating, and if they do retaliate and start kicking Blount's ass, then they're thugs.
BUT, they didn't even try to get in the middle of Blount and the other Boise player or just get in face or something. They kinda all just stood there.
I'm glad and all for them not retalitating. That part is great and what they should do, but don't just stand there, at least try and stop this from escalating any further, lol.

I am a very personal friend of Blount and talk with him all the time....Hell he was my RB in school my senior year his mom is my mom best friend and blah blah blah you know we hung/hang out
anyway
The school allready knew what they was getting and his past from growing up showed because that player and the fans started to provoke a child who is not really all the way stable
he didn't play JUCO because he couldn't make the grade who ever said that.. he played JUCO 1st because he was gonna sign with FSU but didn't want to sit for awhile in a crowded backfield
2nd because as I said before he was not fully capable of doing what an A scholar could do so his parnets felt that was best for him while there oregon contacted him and he asked about them and I told him FSU was in transition and Oregon RB (Stewart) was soon to be gone then he would take over in a 1 back offense..so he stayed 1 more year in JUCO because he was gonna do just 1 year but his parnets had to make sure he understood that our school system is not the best so some stuff might be over his head if he didn't finish JUCO
but I spoke with him after the game a little bit before the apology of course me and his parnets was pissed off but what went down is he is allready mad because they lost to start off with and the play calling was not good at all then after the game the guy he punches calls his a Pussy N because he didn't shake his hand after the game and not sure where yall come from but that's what you get. This also explains why his teammates didn't help. and you can see just before the punch the Boise coach heard him say it and goes to grab him then wham to late
I am pretty sure he will be suspened to finish the season not for the punch but probley for running @ the fans.
and of course he gets that he probley just fucked his NFL chances and he is gonna here it from everyone rest of his life when he gets home and it would serve him right because you gotta control yourself better than that when you on the spotlight

I mean no offense because you know him personally, but I truly don't believe that dude would call him the N word when the white Boise player has about 10-12 of his own black teammates around him.
You gotta admit, that is VERY hard to believe.
And what was his reasoning for trying to go into the stands? Did they also use the N word, or was he still just reeling from everything that had went down?

I do not find it hard to believe at all really....still shouldnt hit the guy but whatever that fool said Coach Peterson was gonna rheem him, but blounts right jab is way too quick for coach Peterson to get his message across in time LOL.

It wasn't going to take long for the race/ethnic card to be played. I gotta raise the "bull shit" flag on it.
Based on the response of everyone who was involved- on the field that is. I don't buy the "he called me a bad name" theory.
#1- Blount's response of 1 right handed punch does not match the appropriate response of someone with his history (especially combined with Daw1git personal report of Blount's instability) to being referred to as a "pussy anything" especially if that anything was a racial slur. You would have had to pull him off of Houp. I will tell you this, as a jewish man, I have dealt with shit like this on countless occasions from moronic and imbecile individuals to the point that it is a "flash point" for me at the age of 34.
#2- If Blount was close enough to hear a racial slur, so was Kharyee Marshall. Marshall was #41 in blue that was standin no further away from Houp than Blount was. I believe that any man who was being referred to as a disparaging racial or ethnic slur would react to that comment, regardless if the offender was wearing the same uniform. Additionally, Boise HC Chris Petersen was certainly in earshot if Houp's statements, and if in fact it were a racial/ethnic slur- his (Petersen) response would have been a whole lot more violent and demonstrative than it was.
#3- Blount never refers to any racial slur during his "apology". Again, having been in that situation- I would have, without a doubt, unequivically stated that my response to any slur would be the exact reaction that Blount had, at the very least. If, in fact, Houp made the type of comment that has become the "scape goat/justification" for Blount's on-field action, Blount would have mentioned it as a justification/reason for his assault on Houp. He never did.
Please keep in mind that I am only speaking of Blount's on-field actions, not his actions toward the crowd. My reasoning is that I am partly pissed that "here we go again" with throwing the race/ethnic card down whenever it benefits those involved....and partly because this is an insult to my intelligence to assume that I would believe this line of garbage.
I couldn't care less about Blount's reasoning for going to Juco, or why he got suspended from the team, by the team, previously. As it stands, Blount made some bold statments in the media and he and his team were beaten and embarrassed on the field. Houp was talking shit, just as Blount did prior to the game. Do we know what he said? NOPE. But we certainly know what he didn't say.

Judging by his behavior, that is what I assumed. This guy looks like every fucking cat I played football with and against. That post-punch backwards hop is TEXTBOOK gangsta behavior. That made me smile, actually; brought me back.
From the way Blount punched him ( and it was without any hesitation and was a skillfully-thrown punch, the type of punch only someone with practice can throw), to the way he acted after the punch, to the whiny-face/head roll/look to the sky/"cmon man this is bullshit" face he had, to the way he went nuts after a fan told him to (from what I see) "Fuck you" ... it all looks just like shit I see all the time on the street corner. It is no different.
This is what you get.
Fantastic punch, though. Not many people can throw a straight like that!

Nick,
what does where I grew up have anything to do with anything? But since you inquired, I will tell you that I grew up in Houston, Texas- spent the first 13 years of my life there. And more specifically, I grew up on Kinney Street- that is just inside the corner of Long Drive and Telephone Road in Southeast Houston just inside the Loop.
Hope that helps you somehow.
