I traded for Peter Randolph in the spring of last year before spring training and he was on my team all year. Is that not eligible for comp?

That is in time but I am guessing he has already been comp tagged and you can only be once in your career. Same thing happened to me with Davies this year

Also, can someone explain to me how the revenue sharing works cause I don't understand how Washington and Alabama GOT money while Rhode Island and OCD had to pay retarded amounts.

Staff+Player expenses. If you're in the bottom half, you receive.

These #s aren't exact as I stopped tracking 1-2 sims before the end of the season, but you'll get the idea:

Washington - $91.3m
Bama - $96.9m
OCD - $215m
RI - $168m


So whatever the avg expenses were, probably around $100m, OCD and RI had to pay 50% of that difference for rev sharing tax.

Ahh I thought it would be on revenue since it's called Revenue Sharing lol. Ok good to know.

As long as you never change it, even if you have no money, it'll just annually be whatever you originally had it set at. But the moment you change it, you're screwed and can't get it back.

I have had others in the past tell me this, when you are in the hole it tends to happen to guys at random. Not sure what triggers it but I can edit it for you if you tell me what you want it to be. Everyone needs to be able to sign their draft class.

pretty sure if u leave it at 0 itll bump it to a small amount (5 mil?) when season starts. I used to put 0 as my dev budget and itd bump it to 2mil so i just left it.

putting 12 mil into scouting. lets see if this works
