Texas walls (Length and height) were adjusted per his request:
Left Line: 335 with 15' wall
Left Field: 370 with 10' wall
Left Center: 380 with 10' wall
Straight Center: 410 with 20' wall
Right Center: 380 with 10' wall
Right Field: 370 with 10' wall
Right Line: 335 with 15' wall

$5M was deducted from his available cash.

I updated the first post with a link to the stadium file as George has asked for it before.

1000 seats has been added to Port Orange. You are now at 40,800.
It will be reflected in the next sim.

I have added 5000 seats to The Pirate Ship in Lake Elsinore and deducted $21M from our cash.
We are now at 54,500 seats.

Does changing the stadium type to a dome or retractable roof for fan loyalty?

Is it too late to add seats and change the stadium?

Omaha current cash on hand: $39,333,935

If not Omaha would like to add 1500 seats for $6.3M (total seats in stadium will be 54000)

Add a retractable roof $80M
- 1st year pay $30M (owe $50M)
- 2nd year $16.667M (owe $33.333)
- 3rd year $16.667M (owe $16.666)
- 4th year $16.666M

Adjust dimensions to new stadium to:

LF line - 350 (36' wall)
LF - 360 (36')
LC - 395 (36')
CF - 425 (4')
RC - 380 (4')
RF - 365 (4')
RF line - 325 (4')

Ball park factors:
Overall BA - spread sheet does not give this, not sure how it is calculated.
Left handed BA - 1.065
Right handed BA - 1.010
Doubles - 1.029
Triples - 1.095
Left handed HR - 1.012
Right handed HR - 0.940

Sim schedule states you have until next Tuesday, March 17th's sim to get stadium changes in.

Tue - Mar 17 - 4/4 - Last week of Spring Training. This sim will take us to opening day. You will need to have your rosters trimmed to 25 man for the next sim for opening day. Any outstanding stadium adjustments will be applied before the season opener.

I made the changes to your stadium George, they should be reflected in tomorrow's sim and I deducted the money.

Since there are no more fees for changing the stadium name, Cleveland wishes to change their stadium name to "The Barn".
