Get rid of Veni, Veni's role is now replaced by Dole. :)

You'll have a timeline before days end. Fair enough?

I don't disagree with the decision. I just would have liked to have a date for a deadline instead of a shutdown with no warning. I knew the signs were pointing towards this, but with no deadline I expected this weekend to be the deadline.

It's not going to be a sudden shutdown of this season. Obviously there are some users still playing their games. I believe we're going to go more with a deadline for getting the games in before they're simmed, then the CC's and then bowls.

Coach Reports are locked up.

@AJ - I saw that, but it doesn't change the fact that that shutdown has already begun...

after season, just make a tourney for those still active by seeding them. Let those that are active play in postseason, even with losing records. That would help not having to sim half the bowls.

Maybe we should also talk about other things that are beyond our control and arent going to change like Communism in Cuba or gravity

All of mine are like that. It's from the games that were simmed last season and didn't get re-opened by Holmey.

I like this idea, Award bowls based on games played.

cougnix wrote:So less than a week to get the last two games in? The CUP games aren't even due until the 10th. I ask again, why is everything locked up?

Plus there isn't a timeline, so let's just make a random choice on a season ending without telling anyone? There are people trying, and I'm sorry but your dictatorship isn't making things better.

I want everyone to stop for a second and answer me....
Where did someone say or see that everything is locked up and things are ending now?

Coug, why would you expect this weekend to be the deadline?
I posted the other day and I will say it again for those of you that don't read, buckeye is in mexico and I am sure he will put out a season end timeline once he returns.

I just looked at your schedule and all of your games are open, so no idea what in the hell you are talking about.

As far as things being locked up, Coug, why don't you stop being a dick and send a message to me or another commissioner about your issue?
And you say the shutdown has already begun, what are you seeing that makes you say this?
Stop the rumors and reach out to me or another commissioner so we can help address whatever your issue is.

I just logged into aim and imagine that, no message from you.
I just looked at the top of this screen and imagine that, no message from you.

Who said or posted anything about the last two games only having 1 week to get them in?
Can you share this information with me, cause I would love to see who said that?

I will type in caps, so maybe you can read it, WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THAT EVERYTHING IS LOCKED UP?

When I look at my schedule, everything is unlocked.
And I have mentioned it now a few times, if you have a problem with something, the protocol has always been to reach out to a commissioner.

Your comment about ending the season randomly without telling anyone, where in the fuck is this coming from?
NO ONE posted that the season is ending.
I told you, all my shit is open, so if you have a problem, reach out to me or another commissioner.

buckeye is in mexico on vacation and as I posted a few days ago, I am sure he will put up an end of season timeline when he returns.
What do you not understand about that?

And dictatorship, how, when, where?
I am simply trying to get people to get their games in.

And dole, why you being a dick?

You have no idea, as someone told you, what goes on to make decisions for 120+ owners.
At least originally that is what we had.

Anytime any of you would rather become part of the solution instead of part of the problem, I am all ears.
But I have not seen a post from you or Coug on how the league should proceed, giving your thoughts and ideas.

But this bitching that goes on back and forth, it really gets under my skin sometimes.

Last I checked, we are all adults.

In coug's situation, all it takes is an IM or PM to me or any other commissioner and we would explain that nothing is being shutdown right now.
There will be a timeline just like we had posted during any other season.

I still cannot figure out what his issue is.
When I look at his schedule, everything is unlocked.
I cannot see his coaching reports, but I can tell you that mine are all unlocked.

But instead of asking, you just come out and accuse.
How old are we again?

Let's all act like adults and remember that to keep a league like this running, it takes a tremendous amount of personal time from someone like buckeye and the rest of the commissioners.
Time that they are taking away from their own family so that we have a forum to keep ourselves entertained.

So let's remember that it will work much better if we all work together instead of against each other.
Let's start discussing what is next for the NDL after NCAA and what do our members want?

What's next for the NDL?

Thanks AJ/JD.

I am on vacation in Mexico. I get in around 9pm est but won't actually get home until Midnight. I will have a timeline posted on Sunday.

I will apologize the internet down here in Playa sucks. It's hit and miss with the wifi.

Now, some of you clowns make me laugh. There's now secretive shutdown. Remember we are all mid 30 year old grown ass men. Stop acting like we are in high school. I thought most knew I was on vacation.

I will apologize about my internet issues.

With that said I'm gonna go back and enjoy the last two days of vacation and grab me a beer.

I probably enjoy this league the most out of anyone and have enjoyed trying to help make this the best gaming coummunity around over the years.

No more senseless bullshit.

Thanks
