Just played a OD game, and didnt even really notice any kind of changes.

Zone isn't perfect, but before the DBs would stop at the edge of a predetermined "circle" they would cover when in zone no matter how deep a WR or TE was. Now the zones expand so calling a streak no longer beats zone every single time. And screw you guys who leaving the rest of us in the dark about how to user pick. I used to think you were all just on another level, now....................

THe real question here is why isn't the uniform store working? Maybe it's just me it won't work for.

I dont know, I played a dynasty game just here late tonight, I though zone defense was better, man to man was the same. I think now if you mix your defense's up with this update you can be pretty effective. But personally I was enjoying the game before the update.....

Because you are Ohio State, of course you would. I wish I would have saved a play that happened with me and Oregon. Slot Option to the left, I as the safety head to the QB, 6ft pitches it and I'm thinking cool, my CB is right there. What does he do? He runs his ass past the RB, stops and turns and watches him run 75 yards for the TD. NOBODY was there to block him. It was a zone coverage and he fucking sat in his zone.

I find it just humorous how many guys that have A rated teams that say the game plays fine. I never have thought that the game should give me wins, or anything like that, but when you call a defense, you expect even the poor teams to execute enough to compete.

I ve played 1 game as Ohio State. Im UNLV, Ohio, and NC St and Ohio State (slow moving) in dynasties that I'm in. If you think Washington St is going to beat USC 5/10 times played well thats your fault. I dont have a false sense that the game plays better for some teams and not others. Like I said, I played USF my first game in the NDL season, AJ probably should have won that game but I got lucky. Dont feed me the bullshit, I know how the game plays with a D team and an A team.

I'll have to play a few more games to comment on man coverage, but it did seem less effective in the couple I have played since the updated.

And ya that option glitch were the DB fails to do his job sucks so much. Only way around it I've found is that when you have an opponent who is a threat to run those types of plays you have either blitz to pressure the play very early, or user control the DB to side you guess they are running too.

EA still sucks.

Hold x on defense to make your guy play better.

Hold triangle to triangle to user pick.

EA is incapable of making a game that doesn't have some kind of borderline glitchy cheese BS. These sound just like the user strip bs on ps2.

I played an OD game last night and I thought zone was a little better.
As someone mentioned, it didn't seem like the guys would stop at their zones.

Man to man seemed exactly the same to me.


Like buckeye, I have been enjoying this game so far.

It doesn't matter if you are Alabama or Akron, There will be times where your defenders do not cover a WR perfectly. This is college football, not the NFL.
And to everyone bitching, remember, it is a level playing field, we are all dealing with the same issues.
