If he's actually caught in the act, ditto.

If he gets to prison there is no chance he makes it more than three weeks at best. I say if because he will probably off himself before he sets foot in prison.

Which is why Packsy's OP is so ironic...or is it coincidental, Trendon?

From Twitter:

"An older women chasing a younger man is called a cougar, does this mean that an older man chasing a younger man is called a Nittany Lion?"

Pretty valid report coming out that the news conference was canceled because PSU is planning his removal from the program.

12 months ago, who would have guessed the Jim Tressell and Joe Paterno would be out of college football due to scandals?

Here's the grand jury report: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/sp ... 52011.html

I'm only just getting through victim 1, but it's awful. I'll try to make some shel notes for everyone

Pretty sure PSU is going to light a match and burn everything.

Al Golden to PSU rumors start in 3-2-1…

I saw that, skimmed it, and was sick to my stomach. I've always known there were people out there that preyed on boys. But you always think it's some sick pervert that you could pick out of crowd from 100 yards away for some reason. That it's a nationally prominent football coach is really scary. I always worry about my daughter because she's such a beautiful little girl. I've never really considered that I have to worry about my boys too.

if you don't completely overhaul everyone and everything how can you expect the parent of an athlete or a student to believe that their child is safe there?

everyone needs to go.

what a disaster and it all could have been prevented by just reporting what happened to the authorities when it happened.

I'd think he wouldn't touch going there with a 10 foot pole actually

Deal with the Miami sanctions which may be just as bad or worse but he is already building something here.

Unless he wants to rebuild penn state which is a good point but I don't see anyone "wanting" to go to psu

But there shouldn't even be any NCAA sanctions in this case should there?

They lost control of the athletic program and there has to be some sort of punishments since it came from an athletic staff member,no?

I don't know. It's a weird situation and one I'm sure the NCAA has no regulations for since you can't possibly plan for this. It worse than Miami for the common person but for what the NCAA is mainly concerned with it's not.

read a few pages of that, Jesus Christ. One thing I will never get is why try to hide anything ever.

I am an Ohio State Grad, so this past spring was a difficult time for our program with the stupid tattoo scandal. It was embarrassing and confusing because there was no reason to hide besides the thought that they could win?

This scandal makes OSU look pretty insignificant. This goes deeper than OSU because its administrators at the school. People were calling for OSU prez to get fired over the tattoo thing? This is an instance where anyone involved will have to go.

I think college football is the greatest sport on earth. I enjoy it more than anything else on earth, but what the fuck happened?
