There is not one single, solitary crash excepting the equipment room being hit with a missile (or an infrastructure problem like an entire grid going down) that would cause an outage this long. None. True story - I completely agree here.

Either this group/legion/army of hackers are just that damn good or Sony is fucking sloppy & somebody will be getting fired on Monday.

To Trendon's point, even a missile to your main databases wouldn't yield this kind of outage.

They said they're taking the opportunity to "rebuild" the servers with higher security and (supposedly) higher performance.

According to a source at Sony, the servers will start coming back online in Japan on Monday, and the EU and USA on Tuesday.
