Mr. Riccio, what are you thoughts on Kobe hobbling out in the 3rd quarter to sit with the team yesterday?
in my mind... he was saying to himself... 'the team is gonna need a lift, if i come out on my crutches they'll get motivated and the fans will go crazy and i can take the credit'.

i think he's that demented.

Not downplaying at all, serious question, does he get to count as the first if no oneppicks him up and he never plays again?

He'd just be John Amaechi then.

fair question. that'd be no different than John Amaechi.

i think its pretty much expected he'd have a spot on a roster next year tho. he's one of those well respected veteran clubhouse guys that gets a job regardless of whether he's a good player.

the fighting Hollingers prevail. i'm sad for CP.

if you look thru a box score at the Clippers from every game its hysterical. not any 2 games have a similar rotation/minute allocation. its like they didn't realize its the playoffs and thought it was still a good idea to be giving guys like Willie Green and Rony Turiaf minutes. Bledsoe and Crawford get minutes one night, the next its Grant Hill and Lamar Odom and Bledsoe is on the bench. They ran out 11 guys per game getting 10+ minutes. I realize Griffin was injured, but that shouldn't effect the amount of guys playing and the consistency of the rotations. Grizzlies on the other hand had 5 guys with 30 minutes, 2 with 20, and then two with 10 and it was almost always the same rotation every game.

in the playoffs you need to have your best players on the court, as much as possible and cut the rotations. nobody sent that memo to Del Negro.

i'm rooting for Memphis over OKC, love to see that team win especially when the main stream media bashed them for the Rudy Gay trade which all the dork community screamed would make Memphis better. Addition by subtraction getting rid of Gay.

explain to me the Blake Griffin thing?

he's healthy enough to play 15-20 minutes? but not 30? how does that work?

he's healthy enough to roll baseline and dunk over Randolph but he can't rough it out a little for an extra 10-15 minutes?

I feel like I had more urgency than the Clippers did, watching the game.

"if it were the regular season he would have missed 4 weeks, minimum"

^
heard that somewhere.

I agree with you though, if you can play 20, you can play 30.

I guess it could have swollen up or got progressively worse or something like that, that at minute 1 and minute 10, it wasn't the same after minute 20.

But otherwise, I do agree.
