you two are right......that was CLEARLY a penalty and so were the other 2 or 3 plays in the video.

i said 2 times that if it goes by what you said its certainly not a penalty.

but what i thought was that a qb couldn't get hit below the knees... if thats what the rule is, then its a penalty.

i also said i have NO IDEA about the rules.

from my undertanding, no. you can't tackle a qb with the ball below his knees. i'm not saying its right or thats what i think the rules should be, but thats what they are FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND (again, which isn't much)
