He's been snarky reign for a while, we just haven't seen as much of him for people to notice. He was even snarky reign as a commish, he just rarely threw it out there

If you worked with him or asked him questions, you would have known.
Although, I know mine was well deserved. I worked reign over like it was his job to teach me OOTP.

Sheltown can't seem to put together a good sim.
