I could be wrong... but I think it was a planned rub route.. that didn't rub. The pass would have been thrown before the ILB came into play.

It was shocking.
Definitely was a tremendous play.
Just imagine, a moment earlier, he was the defender that was covering on that ridiculous reception.

Traffic? What traffic? It was one on one on the outside. The guy made a great jump on it, unless that's the traffic you are referring to.ajalves wrote:I didnt like the playcall. However, its not 100% they would have scored had they run. I think he would have, but its not 100% is all I am saying.
If you are going to pass, why to the inside in traffic?

I think he was referring to the fact that it was a slant going towards the ILB/S.

this. ball gets batted up on the inside stands to reason there are more chances to INT it. thats, 'what traffic'ReignOnU wrote:Whittness10 wrote:Traffic? What traffic? Yeah AJ is one of the biggest dicks around when it comes to "no shit" posts. That's why I like to call him out when he says something retarded.DRiccio21 wrote:you would destroy someone for a post like this.ajalves wrote:I didnt like the playcall. Re: NFL Thread
The inside receiver was definitely trying to drive his defender into the deeper defender to create a rub, or get into position for contact with the second defender himself. The Pats defender on the insider receiver actually looks like he does a great job of not allowing the secondary contact to occur.ReignOnU wrote:I could be wrong... but I think it was a planned rub route.. that didn't rub. That's what it looked like to me at least.

Yea, I think the bigger issue is the inside the hashes pass, moreso than run vs passajalves wrote:I didnt like the playcall. However, its not 100% they would have scored had they run. I think he would have, but its not 100% is all I am saying.

There was a pic going around Twitter of the kid in the commercial's face, and it said, "I would have given it to Lynch...but I died."Cnasty wrote:There were so many serious, downright depressing ads during a fun event like the super bowl that no one looks forward to the commercials anymore.
That nationwide one was just terrible and the last thing I want to do is watch an ad about my kid dying while eating my pork butt sandwich!!
