Watching my first 2 college hoops games of the year today, 2 fun ones.

I am down to 8th nationally in my old Chicago bracket. Really need Creighton to head to the championship game against Florida since I had Duke in the championship game. My final four is Michigan St, Florida, Duke and Creighton. I would say I have a decent shot at winning the tickets to next years final four if Creighton makes the championship game.

Tickets will be at a premium, when you consider that it will likely be Kentucky, Louisville, Michigan, and Tennessee in that building, all within a few hour drive

As for the game.....that was one of the greatest college tournament games I've ever seen. Punch, counter punch. Big runs by both teams. Insane three point shots towards the end (I'm still not sure how the hell that long bank three from the bench went in for us). Both bigs (Randle and Early) just taking over when their teams needed them. If UK had played this hard all year instead of whining and just going through the motions, this would've been a Final Four game, which is what it felt like.

Even if we had lost, that was an epic game and was hard-fought and deserved for both teams. I'm just glad we won so that maybe we can once again knock UofL out of the tournament. If they play like they did today for another two weeks, we might actually pull the miracle of miracles and cut down the nets. This is the same team I said two weeks ago would lose in the first round and might not deserve a tournament spot. Whatever Cal "tweaked" 12 days ago....

What an ending to this unc isu game.

Picking UK to beat Wichita St. is about the only thing I've done right in my entire bracket.

UNC losing took me from 3rd nationally to 16th. Still tied for 1st at my local restaurant.

The zone is killing Creighton. They need to put mcdermott at the free throw line and Let him direct traffic from there. And for the love of God can Creighton hit a three

If Creighton wins the final sure will be 63-62. The way they are playing, I honestly do not see them winning thought. Ethan Wragge needs to get hot from beyond the archive for them to win.
