Kentucky players look dejected like they have already lost.

I can't stand when the game comes down to the final couple of minutes and teams abandon their normal offense to hold the ball to the final seconds of the shot clock. Notre Dame has done it 3 straight possessions.

If you're up big, I get it. But they were up by 2, getting a bucket was way more important than milking clock with 1:45 left to play.

This. They're letting off the gas, and Kentucky is taking advantage of it.

@ 5minutes left when ND was up by 5 they abandoned their game plan.

All 4 other ND guys coulda been open under the goal, and that Dude was going to shoot a 1 on 4 three pointer no matter what.

ND blew it, pretty much all really bad possessions they put themselves in down the stretch.

Feel like they should have fouled early on UK's last possession.

I thought about that too. When Towns was just chilling out in Jimmer range they should have just gone up and fouled him and put the final shot in their hands. Especially not having a timeout.

you can't foul in a tie game.

great game by Kentucky. ND obviously had no answer for Towns. ND had a great chance and Kentucky showed a ton of heart sticking in it and never folding. that 3 was huge by Harrison and the free throws.

thats about the Kentucky team i think they are right there. really really athletic, tall, talented but just not that skilled and guards that leave a ton to be desired. they are the best team but they are certainly beatable.

Wisconsin vs Kentucky is going to be must see TV. pretty pumped and probably coming out of gambling retirement to bet Wisconsin.

Towns shoots FT very well.

Kentucky hit their final nine shots, didn't miss one in the final 12 minutes of the game. Aaron Harrison... That three was huge. Kid has ice in his veins. ND played one hell of a game and they're a damn good team.

Is there any 2 for 1 play late in games anymore or only first half? Seems like a bad idea to burn the entire shot clock and take it under 35 left in the game in the process. Would have expected a shot around 50 seconds instead.

college they rarely go 2 for 1 for some reason. NBA its a huge thing and just about every team is aware and does it.

J showed me a kenpom chart about fouling in a tie game, i didn't look too deeply into it but it looked as if it might have made sense to foul in that situation.
