Image Not going to happen. At least not the way most folks want it to happen. There will be a plus one but not a full fledged playoff. I don't even know why people keep bringing it up.

I personally don't want a playoff.

A +1 would work this season, that for me would be a "playoff".

Advanced to conference championships. LSU vs Georgia and FSU vs Virginia Tech are the two user games. Good luck guys and we'll give you as much time as you need to get these games in. Just keep us informed on what is going on.

I left Champ a message yesterday and didn't hear from him.

I work the next five nights from 5pm to 2am, eastern time. I'm off next Sunday and Monday but I have plans with the family next Sunday night (haven't seen my sister/brother in law in two months, not breaking those plans), so.....at this point, unless he wants to go autopilot I think it'll end up being left up to the sim Gods. Hopefully I don't get shafted out of a title shot two years running :(

Do you not realize I see these little "jabs" towards me in your posts? Furthermore where did you leave the message? Cause I didn't see it.

If you really want to play again, I can play anytime thurs and fri before you go into work. Or it can just be simmed but autopilot is not an option.

I get up about 3pm eastern, which gives me enough time to get ready for work, eat breakfast, read my Bible, and drive to work (I have to deal with rush hour traffic on my way in). Just sim it.

Just a heads up Oracle. I am home tonight and then in the morning Im leaving for California and Ill be back next Tueasday the 26th. If the season hasnt been advanced to the bowl games by tonight then I will go ahead and put myself on autopilot until I get back.

Im sorry I can't advance tonight. Neither of the user games have been played. It looks as if one won't be and I'm not sure about the other. They both have huge implications so I am disinclined to sim them both.

I think I can get with Rod tomorrow, he didn't hit me back Tuesday night, and I was busy this evening with another game, but I'll be working hard to track him down.

We got our game played. The LSU/UGA game needs to be played to sim it would be BS. Don't care how long it takes them.

Well unless he plans on being up at 3-6 in the morning sometime in the next two weeks....yeah.

this is why i left. user games with some people are a total pain in the ass! i understand user bowl games . but if your in a od you must be willing to bend your schedule from time to time. big o i would put who ever is not making a effort to play on auto pilot. period!

Beefy, what do you expect me to do? I can't skip work to play him; and I'm not going to risk being late for work (and getting written up, which would mean I can't apply for any promotions, shift changes, etc for six months) by playing right before I go to work--what happens if the game goes to overtime, or the game gets delayed because of internet connection issues, or his kids need him for a second (not ever gonna tell a guy "no, you gotta keep playing", I'm gonna let him go deal w his family), etc. So again, unless he's going to get up in the middle of the night to play me, or he is going to skip work to play me.....what are we supposed to do?

I didn't know I was getting this shift back. When I was mentoring, I was on normal M-F 9-6 shift. When I got promoted, it was luck of the draw, and it was sheer coincidence that I got the same shift back. I'll be back on a normal shift come May, but with Easter being next weekend and my sister being married to a preacher's son, I have to spend time with her this weekend because they will be doing stuff with his family next weekend so I won't see her. Monday night, I have plans that will have me busy as well with my family. So how do you determine that someone "isn't making an effort" to put them on autopilot?

Fact is, we either put this on hold basically until Easter weekend (which creates more issues for possible meeting up to play) or we sim the game. It sucks, but those are our options. It's a coin flip, and even IF I get a sim win, there's no guarantee that it even puts me in the title game to begin with, because it would only be me beating the #5 team, whereas #4 VT beat #3 and unbeaten FSU so they could easily jump me in the polls, and then none of this matters anyways.

So no matter what you will be holding up the dynasty even if you make NC game? Why don't you go on AP?
