why do ppl care about national anthems and flags? same shit.

why do ppl care about anything AJ?
decent point.

For the record, many many many people despised Kobe before he passed. Then he passes away and he becomes the messiah

Lebron, Kobe. Decent top 2

Magic and Kareem are the greatest Lakers of all time. I’ll put Kobe 3.

This isn’t a shot at Lebron, he’s the 2nd best ever but I don’t think when he retires anyone is calling him a Laker.

Shaqs a greater Laker than Kobe

I was torn there. I think Shaq was the better player the entire time they played together in LA but probably like Kobe’s career more. Wouldn’t argue either way as they are so close

How can you not have Kobe #1 on the Lakers? He is number 1 in damn near every Lakers stat.

Kobe > Magic > Kareem > Shaq > Wilt

Takes an all time great to know one:
First to speak was Lakers president of basketball operations and fellow Laker legend Magic Johnson, who called Bryant "the greatest who's ever worn the purple and gold."

He said it at his retirement ceremony and after he died. But not the first time he has mentioned it. First I could find by a quick search was 2016.

Of course George sides with Magic, George agrees with Barkley that all of our Zion focus needs to be on him not getting 10 rebounds a game :)

Chuck is my favorite basketball player of all time. Didn't know he said that but obviously he is a genius.

And I would take Magic's word over anyone else outside of the top 10 all time in basketball.

Rebounds!!!!

Nevermind the Pels are a top 4 rebounding team and the entire scheme is for Zion to not worry about rebounds and get out in transition. Nah, rebounds!!!!

Imagine a team creating a scheme where there power forward isn't even asked to grab a rebound
