The link you shared had stats from 2011. A def efficiency of .699 would put you in a tie for 10th in 2021.

Doesn't mean that's not poor, just shows how the league values defense now compared to 10 years ago.

The wheels have fallen off in Philly. Looks like the AL playoffs are pretty much set and the only races are for the AL Central and AL West titles.

Beef host the cream of the crop of the NL East San Antonio and Edmonton while Hollywood gets to beat up on the basement dwellers in the NL East. The AL Central will be decided in the last sim when Hollywood comes to Omaha for the last time prior to the playoffs.

agree, I like playing a hard schedule at the end of the season. It's usually our playoffs, but this time we actually get to play in the playoffs afterwards. Exciting times in Beef-land.

And Stead took his rightful place atop the leaderboard in Batting Average. He also has a decent shot at breaking the doubles record this season, on pace for 64 and the record is 63. Also has a decent shot to break the hits record, on pace for 261 hits and the record is 259.

The doubles single season record is the oldest record for hitters, Francisco Vargas hit 63 in 2014.

Miami is hot right now and can't count them out. However, if they make it in and win it all I am deleting this league.

Imagine if you didn’t have him on the IL those 4 sims that he was healthy

I put all my usual SP's into relief except for one and I go 5-1, sweeping Prosper and taking 2 against Charleston.
