I don't know if it's the ball, this pitch (they said it's hard as rocks), or a combination of the two, but I've never seen Brazil make so many passes that are short and totally miss the target. Usually they rip teams apart with their counter-attack passing....they could have 3 or 4 goals by now if some of these passes were finding their target.
That said, this has been a very entertaining match despite the low score.

Arm, hand, wrist, elbow--it's all HANDBALL lol.

Ugh, kicking myself for not buying Elano before this round.
At least Kaka got me an assist...now I need Maicon to get me something and Cesar to keep a clean sheet, and I should move into the top 1000 in the world in Soccernet's WC Fantasy Manager
EDIT: Figures I would jinx myself, there went my clean sheet points for Cesar and Maicon.

Give me a pussy baseball player of these even bigger pussies any day of the week.
Try and defend how these idiots flop around like they have been sniped from a bell tower.
Dont they know the replays will show 10 times after the flop? Its freakin ridiculous.

i agree
I am trying to see where you are comparing these soccer acts to the baseball version.
The only one I can come up with is the money part of it. If so I agree but not on the field during the game, no way

No.
Yellow cards cannot be appealed. Straight reds can, but not a second yellow that leads to a red.
They knew kaka was on a yellow, that's why he did that. It was a disgrace.

The refereeing in soccer is just miserable. Let's look at the Kaka card. It's obvious that none of them saw the play. If they had, they would have known the IC player didn't get hit in the face.
Yet, not seeing the play, doesn't stop them from coming over and seeing some jackass rolling around on the field and assume that he must have been hit in the face. That brings out the yellow card and awards some clown for faking an injury. This shit encourages players to fake injuries and take dives.
There needs to be some sort of accountability. Why can't an independent council rewatch the matches and make the appropriate changes? Kaka should not have a 2nd yellow. The IC player should be given a post match red card. This would stop a bunch of the bullshit that plagues soccer.

cause its a brash generalization. and you love baseball where someone is tough for throwing a ball at a player. obviously its fucking dumb when they overact like they have been killed but "god soccer players are pussies" is a joke
