I get all these dudes to very high, then I stop for a week(real time) and legit every single one of them are now average or lower.

I have a scout so he can scout, that is what he does, he scouts. Why do I have to tell him to go and scout?

Dude is like a lazy teenager. They'll just sit around and do nothing if you allow them to.

I will say, even most of the yellows, when you look at their attributes, if they keep up these attributes, they will easily be starters on most teams.

This draft is much improved from what we have had. I am not sure how many blues guys think there should be but if you see more than 6-8 blue guys (excluding relievers) that is probably too much as there are not that many blue chippers each draft. It was the fact last draft had zero green hitters and was worst for this one prior to change that was concerning.

I want the same number of blue chippers as my pick, thanks. So 27 or bust this draft. No more, no less.

I get you shel, I hate it to. His job is to be my team scout. He should start with my team and the guys in my organization should always be high or very high scouting detail. That is his job.
Then there should be sliders where I tell him after my team, focus on IFAs, Rookies, etc.
but that should be it once I set it.
Then, yes, I can do the occasional manual scouting report, but I shouldn't have to click a button 50 times a season to keep my own organization at high scouting.

Have most of my money in Amateur scouting. Not a single guy is above Average scouting. Feels super accurate.....

Also, 3 blues (2 are RP), 6 green (3 are RP)....

The draft is SLIGHTLY better but still yuck IMO. Then again, it's 1 year. Gotta see the next 2 or 3 years to see if there's still a pattern of shit drafts compared to 10 yrs ago where you could rebuild in 3 years with the stacked ass drafts we had.

btw, I can say it now cause meh but the AL Beast died when Sheltown/PO joined it. Miami/Boston/New England were actually the 3 headed monster id be referring to and i mentally conceded when they joined (if AJ was more active like early on then itd be diff) but just wanted to try and keep it going cause I know it bugged people to see it.
