I agree the changeup is the pitch that OOTP dedicated as the hard to develop/make or break pitch for guys but there are tons of examples of guys who started as a 1/95 and fully developed it. It is in the minority but it happens. The fact it is at 33 now makes me think he will get there.

33 actual at age 21? Yeah that's not likely to be a giant issue. May not get to 69, but it'll be a serviceable 3rd pitch. More troubling is a side-armer being used as a starter. Lotta times the game funk's those dudes out
