Yea not quite sure what you're getting at here? I really should read the book before I see the movie.
Me: (extremely disinterested) Oh yeah?
Other teacher: I've never read it and I heard it was a good read so I'm going to see if the library has it.

The point is who gives a shit if he read it, if it's good, and the movie. Peay is obviously cooler than this teacher (A) and (B) nobody likes the guy!

The point is that this came completely out of nowhere and this guy does it all the time. People are constantly subjected to stories about what he had for dinner last night, what he watched on TV, going to the bank, and buying coins. All completely out of context to whatever happens to be going on at the moment. I'm starting to think he has some sort of social anxiety disorder like weasel.packsyd2284 wrote:Yea not quite sure what you're getting at here? Oh yeah, science teacher Pat.

Re: Random Discussions
So, I used to drink anywhere from 40-140 ounces of Coca Cola a day. I've always been in pretty damn good shape so I never bothered to quit. On a whim, I said I am going to drink more water and allow for one soda a day, for dinner.
Something has changed immediately. For starters, I am now waking up at a normal time (instead of 3PM) and a whole host of other things. Now, I have never NOT drank that much Coke before (even as a kid) so it got me thinking: have I been on a permanent caffeine crash for the past twenty or so years?

I've been on the coffee/Dew train for the last couple years. Really need to do the same as you Trendon and shelve the caffeine and drink more water.

I always wondered who would breakdown first. I never drank nearly as much as you mentioned, but I also have zero desire to stop at this point.trendon wrote:So, I used to drink anywhere from 40-140 ounces of Coca Cola a day. I basically drink one 12 ounce Coke for lunch and another for dinner. If I eat fast food or a restaurant setting, then more as fountain soda is the greatest thing ever.

Well, let me recommend it. Like I said, I am in pretty damn good shape so it isn't like that was a problem. I'm actually excited to see the shape I can get in now without this shit. I cut the caffeine down to minimum and it has been a seismic shift. When I say every single facet of my life has improved might only be a slight overstatement.

I have a $25 Gamestop gift card, but never buy games in store any more, all digital.
What the heck should I buy with it?
Also, anyone buy stuff on Google play? Got a $25 gift card there, but can't see what i'd ever buy on there. I can auction it off

I stopped drinking soda about 2 years ago and along with dropping weight, sleep was one of the biggest changes I saw. I felt better waking up but slept less.

Re: Random Discussions
I drink at least four cans of Diet Dew a day and two big things of coffee. I know this it too much but I really don't want to stop. Besides, what am I going to drink? Water? GTFO.

Re: Random Discussions
I'm pretty sure you can buy PSN money with it, can't you?shel311 wrote:I have a $25 Gamestop gift card, but never buy games in store any more, all digital.

try moving it to lunch, earlier in the day. although if its more than 6 hours before you go to sleep, it won't matter.trendon wrote:I have my soda with dinner. Yeah, remember, I am a night bartender; my schedule is a bit different than normal people.Uuaww wrote:try moving it to lunch, earlier in the day. although if its more than 6 hours before you go to sleep, it won't matter.trendon wrote:I have my soda with dinner. Funny story about that. Had my lax alumni this weekend. One of our buddies sisters is still a student and is, well, hot. One of my teammates who is single and 28 gets on tinder when we're at the bar Saturday and starts thumbing through. 5th or 6th result: teammates sister. He swipes yes. 20 mins later. She also hit yes, and the rest, as they say, was history. We all had a good laugh about that onetrendon wrote:On fire on Tinder today. You single guys need to get on this shit immediately.
