Haven't seen Ken around for awhile but we hope the Crabs enjoyed the care package of Alabama's finest whiskey and peanuts.

no doubt and exports. Commish does an awesome job with management. never a question. like I said just dead air in either for the most part. maybe just perception, because I don't need to worry about that stuff and export. Will - Edmounton wrote: ↑Mon Jul 25, 2022 8:32 am

I can only speak for myself, but in a Slack only league, too much action on Slack makes me less immersed. Will - Edmounton wrote: ↑Mon Jul 25, 2022 11:23 am like I said just dead air in either for the most part. maybe just perception, because I don't need to worry about that stuff and export.
I've been in a couple of leagues, and I go away for 45 minutes, and I come back and have 237 unread messages. That's just an automatic "Mark all Messages Read" and don't read a single one.
I end up just missing on everything because it's just way too much to keep up with.

Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
We had our 5 year run. Now it's time for a 10 year rebuild. Just how it works in Omaha. We don't have time to figure out how to keep our finances good so we just go for it when we can and then go in debt

Win- make moneyGeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Mon Jul 25, 2022 9:33 pmWe had our 5 year run. Now it's time for a 10 year rebuild. Just how it works in Omaha. We don't have time to figure out how to keep our finances good so we just go for it when we can and then go in debt
Lose- dont make money
Big market good
Small market bad
High Fan loyalty good
Low fan loyalty bad
High fan interest good
Low fan interest bad
Adjust ticket prices if you dont sell out- adjust em further in august/sept if you wre winning
Payroll less than $110 mil probably will get you rev sharing
Payroll above $160 mil probably gonna be in some serious debt
Drop average expensive players like its hot
Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
Simple as that. The advice above will make you a perennial contender.

Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
100% disagree. Beef had one of the best teams during that 5 year stretch and we couldn't get over $17 tickets if we wanted to sell out. That's with an above average market size and very good loyalty. Oh well, we will be back in 2103

Playoff Bound: San Diego Secures Wild Card
This is a big day for the Stallion franchise. Not only is it my first time in the playoffs since rejoining the league, but this will be only the 6th time the SD franchise will make an appearance in the playoffs, ever, and the first appearance since 2075.
(Has there ever been a real life franchise suck that bad over an 80 year period?)
