MR Wayne "Count" Lewis, a guy I failed to sign in last years draft out of high school. Very High Intelligence, but has 5 years of HS. Something has to give in the intelligence department.

i've got shit for saying this before but i really enjoy rebuilding.

its almost more fun to mess around with lineups and calling up guys and sending guys down til you find a group that plays well than it is to just trot out the same 9 and 5 starters every sim.

or i might just be saying that cause i can't figure out how to win a ring!

Fun Fact of the Day: Since Reigns first Ship, there have been a total of 4 teams represented in the Championship Series for the NL; Cincinnati, Philadelphia, Washington and Chicago(LoLCats). In the AL there have been 8 representatives; Omaha, Vancouver(Seattle), Miami, Winterfell, Alabama, Sheltown, Houston, and New York(Launch).

Conclusion: AL has a better group of GM's and the parity is great. NL has 4 GM's that know what they are doing with 1 that is an OOTP phenom. (crystal ball)

I like a combo of both if you will. I wasn't expecting much this year and .500 was the goal but the boys are playing pretty well.

Throw in I have the OSA's #1 ranked minors its been fun seeing the prospects tear up certain levels, promote, and then check on their progress throughout the season.

I will say I have zero coaches currently in the minors so I am interested to see if that makes any impact at all on their development.

I have no way of checking it, but Winterfell must have the most expensive minor league player in the game now that Edgardo Zamora accepted his assignment to AAA and took his $21 million in salary this season with him. At least it is his last season under contract...

I'm not sure that minor league performance has much relationship to major league success. AFAIK, I've won 0 minor league titles and frequently field teams that are sub-.500.

Had to look... 2 titles ever. 2019, Jermaine Stark led the Hollywood Hitmen to a Short A title. 2020, he moved up a level and led the Long Beach Blitz to a title. Other than that, the Dayton Ninjas did make a championship series appearance in 2034. But nothing else to speak of. Most teams have sub-.500 franchise records.

I have just 1, a AAA championship about 15 years back. In fact, never even made the playoffs at the R, SA or A levels.

You are talking about at a team level?

I agree I was saying from a OSA ranking the top minor league systems in the league and potentials based on the scout looks like I have some solid prospects.

I was more referring to having zero coaches in the minors if that will have any impact whatsoever on them developing either slower or not at all due to no coaches.

I am curious, how do you plan on being able to tell if it has any impact?
You won't have the same players on a team with coaches to compare to see if it impacted their growth.

Seems like a cheap way to save money no offense. I know you do it because it has no importance to you but you gain probably 7-10 million on everyone else.

Edit: for the record, not saying Corey's cheating or attempting to cheat, just that I don't think he realizes the financial impact it could create

Not sure where you mean the no offense as it isn't a requirement and I definitely had a plan to try and save as much as I can where I could being in the hole for so long.

I guess the only way I was trending to see is that most of them started as 75+ potential guys. It is by no means a science but if all of them were to be busts it may start the hypothesis even with no track record to go on.

Not the best experiment but eh.

You should see the variance in player dev and scouting by team.
